Not helpful. I tried find out if they had a specific part in stock. Called 3 times and each time they would put me on hold and then hang up on me. Poor customer service.

So I work as a office manager for an electrical company. Which means that I visit this place very frequent to pick up parts and return parts. I am used to a few weird looks because I am a girl in a "man" job, but the other day I went to pick up some light bulbs. First they were missing two of the 24 they said they had and then when I asked them to back order the two. I over heard them making fun of me for it as I was returning the cart they let me use. That was very rude and not up to the costumer service I expect. If you feel the need to make fun of someone please wait till they leave the parking lot.... or just don't do it.
