Cody was a great communicator and was able to arrange for same day service which is often rare. Hank, my electrician, was friendly, and got right to the installation. He reviewed his work post-install. Hank did great work! I was OK with paying a bit of a premium for these services! I’ll be calling them again if I need high quality electrical work in SLC or Park City!

They were very unprofessional and rude

VERY efficient, no problems.

It's good with prices, however their prices don't make up for the fact that everytime I have gone there they haven't gotten the right part. They confuse single phases for 3 phase and visa versa. It's really frustrating to have to double check every part they give you. So if like having to go back to the supply house after you've gotten to the site only to realize you have the wrong part then go here.

Big kudos to Crescent in SLC. Todd, the district manager did not hesitate to take time out of his Saturday to re-open the store and get us parts we needed for a project that was about to face delays and miss a change window without them.
That's not just being a vendor, that's being a partner. Thank you!

LMS was hired back in November to change out mulitpule things, they started the project and never finished it. After almost four months of reacing out and hearing nothing. I'd never use this company again.

Terrific company with skilled, competent and friendly staff.
Scheduling the service visit was easy , technician Brett arrived and began troubleshooting and making the needed repairs for about 5 different unrelated tasks-- very impressive.

I had a great experience with this company. I reached out because the glass shade on my lamp had only one hole instead of three, and I honestly expected a long, complicated process to fix it. Instead, they responded quickly, apologized right away, and immediately offered a solution.
I have seriously never had such great customer service. They were kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make things right. I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We are a small HOA and thanks to John of Mr. Electric, our security lights are now working properly, after years of issues. He even did it at no cost. What may have been simple for him has made a big difference for us and we appreciate it.

These guys are phenomenal. They assessed the work that needed to get done within half an hour of showing up and resolved everything at the scheduled time. Afterwards they provided us with discounts for future services. I highly recommend Mr. Electric.
