Christian is the absolute man. Needed to get Level 2 EV Charging capacity in my garage - he was here the next day to quote us out and started work the same day. One of the kindest interactions and pleasures of doing business with that I’ve had. He was polite and respectful from the moment he knocked on the door. He made it perfectly clear from start to finish that his number 1 goal was to make sure we were satisfied and happy with the work. He made sure we were taken care of to the highest capacity, and was willing to accommodate to our requests and even go above and beyond. We even had him do some extra work for us since he was so solid. Toddler + dogs running around the house and he’s just a cool, patient dude who never made us feel like we were burdensome/taking up too much of his time.

I’ve always thought that overcommunicating expectations and helping the customer understand everything as clearly as possible was the most important process of these types of transactions. Christian did that and beyond. Mr. Electric has gotta feel pretty lucky to have him representing them. We know who we’ll be reaching out to for future electrical jobs in the future. I’ll be returning as a lifelong client. Thanks again Christian!

Christian is an electrical genius. He was easy going and more than willing to answer any questions I had. He is very meticulous and methodical when diagnosing electrical issues and was very communicative in explaining what the problem was and how it should be resolved. He is worth every penny.

I called Mr. Electric of Sandy on October 22nd (2024) because my son and I were trying to figure out the crazy wiring to a wall light switch that my son was working on. Since the house was older, the wiring was not standard and honestly it was a mess. We spoke with Ceasar, asking if he could help us over the phone. He was so kind and knowledgeable about what we were asking, almost as if he was standing right next to us. It took so much stress off of us. After he did all that he could for us over the phone, he said that if we wanted, he could send someone out to look at it and answer any other questions we may have. He said as long as his technician didn't do any of the work, the call would be free. We were beyond thrilled to have someone to ask questions to that we weren't going to be charged for! That is unheard of, especially these days. When the technician, Andrew, got to the house, he was very kind and knowledgeable as well! He answered all of our questions and made us feel more confident in what we were doing. I usually work with a different company but they are so expensive, I really didn't want to call them. I searched "electrical questions" on Google, and Mr. Electric was the first name that came up. I am so happy with the customer service and in-person service from Mr Electric! I will definitely use them again. I'm also going to tell my family and friends about our great experience and give them the company information.

Christian and Andrew fixed my faulty wiring in literal minutes. My frozen pizza wasn't even finished before they had it done! They were fast, courteous, professional, and efficient. An absolutely great service. Would absolutely use them again!

Mr electric was amazing. Our electrician Christian did an amazing job. He was the best I have ever hired, seriously. He was on time. That's a big plus for me. His quotes were within my range. He fixed every issue I had in a timely manner. What I liked was he did not try to sell me something I did not need! Christian went through my whole house to make sure my family was safe and all electrical issues were correct. I would highly recommend using him for any and all your needs. Christian Hopson with Mr electric is one of the best electricians I’ve ever dealt with he is fast but thorough any questions I had he would explain them to point of understanding what was being told definitely will use them anytime for any issues I may have in the future.

Christian did a great job wiring our house with cat6 and reinstalling a light fixture. He worked around our pets and was very kind to them. He left everything clean and was in and out efficiently. We’d call again if we have more electrical projects in the future.

Christian did a fantastic job installing the Tesla Wall Charger in my garage. There was a miscommunication about how many amp breakers should be installed, but when I explained it to him, he showed no hesitation and swapped it out as per my needs. He cleaned up the place real nice and even gave my dogs pets. Highly recommend him and the company!

Andrew and Christian did a great job. The job turned out to be more complex and labor-intensive than Andrew had anticipated but he adapted quickly and got it done. They did a great job of the cleanup, as well, which was substantial after a pretty big job. They also were able to match a quote that I'd received from a different electrician who had completely ghosted me. I was very happy with the service overall.

His workmanship, I was impressed with his clean work during and after the project was completed. He had all the parts that was needed for the project. He had to go into the attic to complete one of the project.

He took safety first! By putting on an overall suit and a respirator. Wow!!!
Not sure how many electrician would go that extra mile for their safety. Impressive…

Once the project was completed. He was kind to ask if I had any other electrical questions that he may answer. Which I did and he answered.

Mr. Electric has been great for our needs and specifically one of their electricians, Christian. We have an old duplex in Provo that needed significant electrical work. Christian has done all of it - new electric panel on both sides, upgrade to canned lights, added outlets/switches, ceiling fan boxes, moved washing machine/drier outlets, etc. He is able to run wire in a way that he does minimal wall/ceiling punctures. He is cheerful and shows up on time. He even helped us move some new appliances into our kitchens. I highly recommend Christian and Mr. Electric!
