Andrew and his team at Senti are masters at their craft! I reached out and two weeks later, bam! wall! This is in March so summer may be different. Andrew assured us along in the process about the color of blocks are available and what would look good. (Two tone is where it’s at👌). His team came in and removed my gopher loving spider webbing boulders and put in an amazing Belgard wall. Curb appeal upgraded. The Lords house across the street has nothing on mine. I’m sad that I found this gem of a company for the last (hopefully) retaining wall I need. I could have used there expertise and skills on 4 previous projects. Would 10/10 use and recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their house.

If your looking for a company who only likes to get back to you sometimes, then look no further. This company does good installation on their fencing but you might want to find someone else to do the gates.
Our gate no longer closes properly due to installation of the gate and the bolts scraping on the locking mechanism. I have contacted the owner multiple times and have been promised time and time again that it would be fixed and now we are just getting ghosted on calls and text.
We had to have three different measurements done when getting the original quote as the first two measurements were incorrect by one of their project managers. The owner finally had to come out and take the measurements himself so we didn't get a "change order" during the installation. Not to mention the gates being installed to swing outward into our front yard after it was discussed during all three "measurement trips" that we specifically wanted the gates to swing into our backyard.
Senti is real quick about collection of your money for the 1/2 down to start and the final payment. I just wish their ability to follow up on fixes matched their commitment to getting paid.
Good fence install followed up with bad gate install and poor communication leaves a lot to be desired from this company.

Fence looks great and everything was completed on time as requested.
Communication and scheduling could definitely be improved as there was a lot of uncertainty during the process. Overall satisfied with the final result.
