I've been the owner's rep on 2 projects involving Steed as the general contractor. Each time, I've been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and transparency. As an owner's rep, it's important that I have the information I need, the schedule stays on track, and the budget stays healthy. Steed has been that key partner for me on these projects and I look forward to many future projects with them.

I cannot say enough about how thorough and also positive it has been working with the Steed team, from the owners and vice presidents to the dedicated and incredibly talented onsite teams they have provided us with, even adding superintendents and additional staff well before a project is delayed from outside forces on a difficult site and with a high service, high expectation client.

The Steed team have proven incredibly knowledgeable and service-oriented, being able to mitigate problems and constructability issues well in advance to present positive and thoughtful solutions to the ownership, asking the right questions, and providing a high quality, well built product to the market that exceeds expectations and quality of care benchmarks set by the industry. From top to bottom, even side to side, there is not a performance metric that I can use, from jobsite foreman to president, that Steed does not exceed my expectations and even, dare I say, dreams for a construction partner.
