I have never worked with such a great company. They have the best people working for them. The installers are very professional and very helpful. I will recommend this company for windows, siding raingutters to everyone!!!!

Double T installed a custom bay awning for me, and they exceeded all expectation from knowledge on the first phone call to install. I would highly recommend this company for any exterior needs.

In my own personal opinion. I don’t think this is a very good place to get service done. ONLY because of a situation that happened today. The person who handled the complaint was extremely rude, and inconsiderate. If you post something they do not like, they will personally message you, and say they will involve lawyers, or call you. Which all in all. Thank you for being upfront, but that doesn’t get to the soltuaion. It makes people more mad. A loved one had this experience today and was very traumatized by it for giving a PERSONAL review. And reading other reviews she is not the only one who has delt with this.
I think if you guys would be nicer and more polite, get to the root of the problem “I’m sorry we did that let me tell you how we will fix it” you’d have a better business.
Again... this is my personal opinion and it is not reflected on how they do their job. They do their job excellent! Their people skills however are lacking.

Fantastic company to work with. They went above and beyond on what we had asked them to do, their quote was the best we had, and they're super flexible in making it work with your schedule. Kevin was awesome to work with. Highly recommend DTI.

We love our new seamless gutters! We also appreciate that the first time they came to put them on that our roof was rotting (!!!) and wanted the work to last and thus had us fix that instead of saying 'not our problem'. That said, why are you sending people out to us on Thanksgiving at all, much less without calling to tell us they're coming to work on something we didn't discuss?

Thank you again for the great service and product that you used on my home. The house looks so GOOD...especially the backyard where you covered all the old wood in the patio. I love it!!! I have called 3 times. Each time I call I am told the person that I need to speak with is busy. I leave my phone number and never get a call back. My home has holiday lighting installed from Dynamite Lights and I would like help programming it. So far still no response. My advice would be to make sure you don't have any questions remaining before you pay the bill. Because after-sales support is nonexistent.

Double T Inc. did an outstanding job on my 100 year old rental property. The roof line was uneven, eaves had holes, peeling paint, and major water spots everywhere. The installed fascia boards, eave/soffit underneath, gutters all around and four downspouts. It really cleaned up the appearance of the home and the roofline looks straight as an arrow. Their bid was lowest out of three bids and they stayed true to the cost (final invoice was the same as the original bid). I was referred by a neighbor who had a similar job done on their 100 year old house and it looks great too. I have already recommend this company to someone and would highly recommend them for future jobs.

We decided to use Double T Inc because they are Gephardt Approved. We had a lot of siding come off our house due to a bad wind storm. They did a great job replacing our siding and did so in a timely manner. We are so happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

From start to finish it was perfect! They went beyond what we expected. We put down a epoxy treatment on a deck which had a membrane on the floor and It was suppose to go up the wall. After they treated the floor they said "we can't treat the wall" . We didn't know what to do it looked awful. Ty came out measured, made samples of the color I chose and said "no Problem". He had done work for us before and always came through. So we trusted him. You could not ask for a better install. None of my walls were even. They measured persively. Half way through the job I decided to change out the top rail so it all looked new, instead of coming out a month later they did it at the same time. They also accompanied our sch. I did not have to clean up a thing. After just remodeling an entire house we know the good from the bad and this was one of the best experiences we had. I can't say enough. Oh and one last thing, they answer their phone. Big plus!

Tye, one of the owners, came out and bid the install within 48 hours and had the job completed within another 48 hours. It was significantly less than I was told previously by another source. A couple of rains have gone by and seems to be doing wonderfully. I cannot remember the technician’s name but he was fantastic, as well. Very quick and thorough, with no mess left behind. Should I need anything down the road, I will not hesitate to go straight to Double T.

My husband called multiple times to try and order a window for our kitchen. Many promises later, we never received a follow up call and we decided to go with another company. It was like pulling teeth trying to work with with these people. Very disappointed. Customer service was horrible.

On Friday, April 21st Todd called to let us know he didn't like our review (yes, I know, very tacky) We let him know it was very difficult to try and work with him, and we gave an honest review and wouldn't change it. He then proceeded to write us an email calling us "clueless, unethical, and liars." (Yes, we were shocked too) I couldn't believe we were being harassed for writing our opinion! He didn't call to try and work it out, or ask how he could make things better, which would have been the professional way to handle it. If our window wasn't something they typically work on, I wonder why he wouldn't have just been up front with us. He had a lot of excuses as to why we didn't hear back from him when he said we would. We went with another company who was prompt and had NO issues installing our seemingly complicated window. My advice would be to stay away!

I've been impressed with DTI from the first time they came out to bid. It's not very often that you find a company who values integrity as much as money. I had a really big job working on siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, and windows. I was really nervous knowing that this was going to be the biggest investment we've put into our house. When I was told that if I just waited a few weeks I could get better windows for a cheaper price, and then again was saved money when the expensive insulated siding I chose really wasn't necessary... when a company will go out of their way to explain how and why I don't need to pay extra money, impressed! Don't get me wrong, they were willing to do whatever I wanted, they were just kind enough to explain to me, what was truly needed and what wasn't. Sergio and his crew were such hard workers and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything, they were kind and respectful, even taking off their shoes when working inside the house (which I didn't ask for, they just did). I truly can't say enough good things about this company from the beginning to the end they just wanted their customer to be happy, and this customer is very happy! Thanks to the all of the DTI crew!

It is a unique environment for contractors in Utah right now. The demand is high and the labor short making it difficult to balance workload and customer service. I called for a simple soffit repair and then opted to also get some new rain gutters. They told me upfront about their capacity, but I still opted to go with them. They came out and bid quickly and they got somebody out quicker than anticipated to do the job. I would use them again for other exterior projects.

I have used DTI twice now in the last few years, and after this latest experience I had to write a review for others to see. Tye and his crew are fantastic! They do excellent work of high quality. They are easy to work with and will always go the extra mile when they can. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to do siding, gutters, facia, awnings, or anything else they might offer. I have used their services for all these things and have been extremely happy with my results. You can read about my 2 experiences below if you want details. Experience 1, 2011: My first experience with DTI came when I was getting bids for rain gutters. DTI came in just a little higher than another company and so I setup a time to go with the competitor. They never showed up, they never returned my calls. We were in a pretty bad need for some rain gutters as the rain was damaging the edges of the house. I called Tye back a week later and asked if he could still do it for the price he quoted. He said that was no problem and they would be out. When he came out he indicated we could probably solve some of the "damage" problems with some new siding and facia. I thought it was the typical up sell and told him that I didn't think I could afford the cost. He was very nice and asked if he could price it for me just so I had an idea. His prices were very competitive and a great value. We ended up doing all the siding, facia and rain gutters that we wanted for a great price. The crew worked quickly, and were friendly and trustworthy. I had no issues feeling like I could leave my home while they were working. It was a great experience and so it was no surprise when I decided to replace the old patio that I called them. Experience 2, 2013: When I called Tye he seemed to remember me and was nice and came to discuss what I wanted. Some of my requests were outside the scope of what DTI does, but he put me in contact with great people, who he trusted to do good work, which made me more comfortable with them. One thing they did for me was a privacy wall on the west side of the patio that is fantastic. It was outside the scope a little for what they do, but they did a fantastic job and it looks great. The awning looks fantastic and we were glad to see the trusted employees we knew and liked from before. Finally, if you need something that DTI offers, don't hesitate to call them. You won't be sorry.
