Call off the search, you found it right here! Best company hands down! I had several bids from other companies but DTI was better than them all. I worked with Ty, Todd, Chris and Sergio whom were fantastic and explained everything clearly. I have 13 new beautiful Windows in my home, perfectly framed by Sergio. It's so quiet now! These guys are hard working and get the job done in a timely manner. I'm not putting my blinds back up because I love looking at the new windows! I highly recommend getting your Windows here!

DTI was one of three bids that we received for vinyl siding on our home. They were the middle price of the bids. Ty was very convincing that he wanted our business. His installers who came did a great job. They paid great attention to detail, and were very courteous. I got a better install than I was expecting. I recommended them to someone else who was happy with what they got.

I recently bought a home that didn't have any gutters. I got a couple of bids and the prices were outrageous. I asked a contractor friend of mine if he recommended anyone and he directed me to Double T. They came out and gave a bid and it was literally 1/2 the price of the bids I received. They came out in December, put new gutters on my home and it looked amazing. At the time of installation, they informed me that a couple of my gutters would not work properly as I needed to have my roof repaired. After a long winter I was finally able to have my roof repaired. I called Todd from Double T on Monday to see if one of his guys could come back out and help me put up a section I had to take down for the roofers. The very next day Double T was at my house reinstalling my gutter. The guy that came was completely awesome. He even looked at the gutter he didn't have to reinstall to make sure it would work properly with my new flat roof. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done.

8/20/2018- If you can't take detailed constructive criticism, don't do business. Businesses do better when they realize they aren't perfect and take responsibility for their actions good or bad. Of course you didn't do any work for me, because your communication is terrible. Yes, I've left 5 bad reviews over several years. When I get treated as poorly as your company treated me, you bet I'll leave an honest review. I also have good reviews. Work related reasons require me to use a fake name, and you don't need to know the reason. Your company never once said no and/or refused to do the work! No one from your company "walked away from the job." That is a flat out lie. The last time I called, I told Dave I didn't want your company to do the work because of your terrible communication. Lying in response to my review is pathetic. I didn't request or want cheap work done. I just wanted it fixed and to know when/how it would be fixed. That's extremely reasonable. I didn't need to replace my entire roof because it's metal, and I fixed what needed to be fixed. If anyone bothered to come and look, they would see it was fixed. I already have another company that's coming to fix the remainder of the issue, but they're 10 weeks out which is fine because they communicated that to me. Your company never did, that's why I called several times a week (not a day, get your facts straight) over 2 weeks. I'm happy to post process pictures with dates to show the problem area, prove when my roof was fixed when I said it was, and to prove that I have a principled contractor that's able to do the work.

I would give zero stars if I could. It started with Ty (He is their only estimator) coming to give me an estimate, he was really dismissive almost like I was inconveniencing him. He gave me a verbal bid, then I verbally asked him "after I get this part of my roof repaired will I need someone to come out and give me another bid?" He said "no, I have pictures. We will be able to have someone come out and get the work done." I got the necessary work done to my roof, called left a message to have Ty call me to have the work started. Called again talked to Dave, Dave was going to call me. Never heard from him, so I called again the following Monday. I talked to Dave told him the situation, that I never got a formal bid and Ty said I could have someone come out as soon as I got the repairs to my roof done. A day later, on Wednesday Ty called me and said he was going to come out, look at the spot again and give me another bid! So I asked if he would look at patches in the siding that need to be repaired, he said yes and that he would call me back later that day. Never heard from him, I called Thursday talked to Dave and Dave said he would have Ty call me. Never heard from him. Called again Friday, Dave said Ty was going to go out to my house and call. Wait... What?! I thought Ty already went to my house Wednesday. Never heard back from Ty or Dave. Needless to say I called today, and Dave let me know they were 6 weeks out! Why wasn't this mentioned 2 weeks ago! I let Dave know that I was shocked at how unprofessional this experience has been, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I decided to get a bid from them because of their google reviews, my experience has been sub par. I told Dave to have Ty call me because I wanted to speak with him myself... not holding my breath that that will actually happen.

After getting several bids, we picked DTI for their competitive pricing and helpful staff. We are very pleased with the results. Our new siding and gutters look fantastic.

The staff was very professional - they kept us updated about how long it would take to order our siding and approximately when it would be installed. Several days into the installation, Bob let us know that they had miscalculated how much siding needed to be ordered, but he had taken care of ordering it. It did mean that, when he ran out, he would be gone for a few days until our additional siding came in. As soon as our siding was in, Bob showed up and was back to work without any calls on my part.

Everyone we have worked with has been as helpful and professional. Not only does our house look amazing, but it is done well. These guys addressed every question and extra we requested, even installing around future deck remodel plans.

After getting six bids I hired Double T for my siding, gutter, and window job. I couldn't be happier. I had such a great experience. They were amazing and the crew that was sent to my house was punctual everyday, courteous, and willing to answer all of my questions. I have never written a review for a construction company because I have never had a good experience. I cannot say enough about this company. They are honest, well priced, and do a great job!
