I received a paper in my mailbox this company was going to be in the neighborhood. I called to schedule an appointment, I was informed they would call me the next day to schedule and that was the end. Zero follow up.

I called when we had two massive pine trees get knocked over in a crazy wind storm. One was laying in my back yard and the other against my house. The insurance company was useless for days. We had dozens of landscapers dropping by and leaving me their cards but none of them felt like it was their forte.

I called up Organic Choice and immediately could tell I was in excellent hands. Chris came out, surveyed the scene, provided me a step by step of how it would be resolved which included a huge crane to lift the tree off my house, a team to chainsaw and cut up the tree, and another crew to turn the trees into chips. I felt so relieved knowing I was talking to someone who knew what they were doing.

Chris sent the quote, we got it approved and within a few days it went down exactly as he had said. The massive crane and his crew got the tree off my house a third at a time. Then they repeated the exercise with the tree in the back yard. All tree parts ended up in my front yard where the crew tore it all down to branches. The next day another crew showed up and turned all the branches to sawdust. It was extraordinary!

I had dozens of choices but all of them seemed like fly by operations. Organic Choice and Chris were clearly professional, knew their stuff and made me feel like I was in the best of care. I am SO glad I reached out to Organic Choice.

Jackson and his crew really did a great job on our yard. 25 years of neglect of trees all sorted. They spent 2 days working through it all, cutting out the dead, taking out dead trees, and mitigating hazards (roof coverage, falling limb risks). They left the site beautifully cleaned up. Really responsive. Lots of communication. On time and full days of work.

Nutshell: The company was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, provided a good value and went above and beyond to do more than I expected or paid for.
Specifically: I had a number of trees sprouting up from a single parent tree which I wish to have removed and the roots killed. came out to my house, explained what was happening, what they could do and made some suggestions about the yard overall. He then went home and sent a prompt bid for the tree removal which I accepted. Weather delayed immediate service so an appointment was made for the following week. They showed up promptly, went to work, cleaned up the mess and then gave me a walk around tour I found that they had not only removed the trees contracted for, but also some other yard work as a courtesy without asking for additional payment. I was very happy with them.

Jackson and his crew came and fertilized my lawn and flower beds- they did a great job and my plants have never looked happier! He also gave me some information and a bid on removing a bothersome tree. Highly recommend!!
