We had a broken water pipe to our front faucet that we didn't find out about until we saw some mold on the basement wall. Junior came out the same day I called and was able to tell us what work would be involved to safely remove the damaged walls and carpet, as well as to rebuild it at a very reasonable price. Brian was there the next day and did what they do, then left with a dryer going while I called a plumber they gave me a number for that came out that afternoon to get the leak stopped. A few days later after our faucet was repaired and everything was dry Brian was back to make it look like it did before. Thanks Restore Masters

I had a slow leak from the dishwasher drain that took months to show up. By that time there was significant damage to the wood floor and insurance would not pay. RestoreMaster worked to make my expense manageable. The repair required several workers over a 3-4 month time. They were all skilled at their jobs and polite. As project manager, Ben Vargas did a great job of communicating with me, responding to my concerns and reassuring me. I was particularly impressed with the skill of Elias and Murat doing cabinetry and tile work. The process was long but the kitchen has been perfectly restored to my satisfaction at relatively little stress to us. There is still a slow drain but I have been promised that a plumber will come to take care of this. I highly recommend this company for restoration.

We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. Had two other groups come by and give bids for a quick fix.
Restoremasters came in and immediately recommended looking at our cabinet crowning since they thought there was water damage. Sure enough- because of their recommendation- we pulled back more drywall and found tons of mold in multiple spots.

Julio was our point person and was incredibly responsive and professional. Their mold and mitigation treatment was wonderful. Their communication with our insurance was great. Our insurance even said they’d never receive an estimate so throughly documented. They contested nothing from the estimate and wrote quick checks once received. We are waiting right now to rebuild the kitchen but I HIGHLY recommend using Restoremasters if you have a mold or leak issue!

I was worried about the last company who came out because they were going to charge me $3 thousand just for one room. I am so glad I found this company to get a second opinion! A man named JR came out. JR was honest and helped me with everything that I needed. I’m sure he saved me more than the 3 k the other guy was so quickly to charge me. Thank you JR for your honesty! I would highly recommend this company!!

The team was great, and hey showed up within hours and got to work cleaning our basement the same day of the flood to mitigate all issues. Returned promptly to continue work in the 2nd room the next day. Would recommend them again certainly.

Restore masters helped our family when a massive tree fell on our house. They had people to move our tree in 24hrs. All of their workers are fast, polite, and super helpful. Restore masters also handled everything when it came to insurance which made this a very stress free process. I cannot saying enough great things about this company.

Ethan and Spencer did a wonderful job on our mold remediation problem. They were on time and very efficient in the demolition and cleaning phases of the project.

Brian had quite the job to take care of mold, drywall repair and painting, in a basement bathroom. He did an outstanding job! He came back several times to get the drywall mudding perfect, and never complained about another visit. He's a dedicated worker, and we appreciate everything he did. I was stressed when my basement flooded and the insurance company paid the absolute bare minimum for repairs. Most of the initial bids I got were well over that amount and none of the contractors wanted to deal with the claim adjuster. Then I found Restore Masters and it was a great experience from start to finish. Rachelle went above and beyond by advocating for me and getting my homeowners insurance to pay significantly more! She and her team ,including Junior, communicated well throughout the process and the workers who restored everything were all friendly, professional and flexible with scheduling. I don’t write reviews often and only when it’s warranted. I highly recommend Restoremasters if you want save time, energy and cash.

Del had some great options for replacing our carpet and replaced 3 rooms for way less than anyone else locally. SJ was fantastic at setting up our appointment, showing us samples, prepping our rooms for the new carpet and getting everything installed in less than 3 hours by himself! We are so pleased with our new carpet and all the work that went into getting us a great deal. We also loved how friendly and efficient Restoremasters was.

We had a water leak under the kitchen sink that went all the way downstairs and soaked my daughter's room. One phone call and a Restore Masters employee was here within an hour with fans and a dehumidifier helping us remove wet items. What great help. Mike and Justin came over to our recently burnt down home and helped us clarify questions about the insurance process and important steps to take in the rebuild process. They genuinely showed us compassion and even encouraged us to rebuild ourselves to help us save money while offering to answer questions along the way if we run into issues with the insurance company. I called for help on a Sunday morning after our washing machine had flooded my laundry room overnight. Patrick dispatched a team, Brian and Edward, quickly to come to our aid. They were very professional and kind as they assessed and explained clearly what they were doing and checked everything that the water could have touched. They listened and were able to answer all of my questions about the process and Brian asked thorough questions to make sure there was nothing missed.
They were both so efficient! I went to offer something to help with the cleanup and Eddie already had all the wet plastic and water etc all bagged up and tied neatly ready to take out! They worked together and left everything so clean and the fans are set up to where we can still function among them while they do their job. Before they left, both of them made sure we were satisfied and knew that someone would be in contact with us the next day to asses the drying process and go over the optuons moving forward.
I just can't say enough how much it means to be able to call someone you can trust, that comes with solid recommendation from others you know, when you need help and are at others' mercy. Although messes like this come with stress, especially in the middle of the night on a weekend, it is greatly relieved with service from these type of people. Don't hesitate to call them!
