I've used Atop twice now, once to add lighting to a rental property and once to add lights and larger outlets to my garage. I got multiple bids the first time and the bid from Atop was in-line with the others, but I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism so I used them and was happy. I will continue to use Atop.

They arrived during the time frame that they gave. They were professional. They also were very good with the fact that my kids were getting under foot. I appreciated greatly that they weren't annoyed with my kids and were still very efficient. On top of all that, they were able to figure out a problem that I have had for months, and had multiple people look at trying to fix. Basically, I would hire them again without any hesitation!

After another company dropped the ball, I called Atop All Electric. 1st, they actually answered their phone and also texted me an appointment confirmation. 2nd, they actually showed up! Jake and Sam did a great job, were very tidy and professional. That is really hard to find these days. I would recommend this company with confidence to anyone looking for a skilled electrician at a fair price.

I hired these guys to satisfy a request made by the people buying my home for GFCI outlets in the kitchen and garage. Tylor came out - was incredibly professional, did a great job and did it quickly. Couldn't be happier- These guys have got my business if/when I need electric work in the future.

Edward was on time, clear with communication, professional, and very quick. He gave us the estimate, and was able to complete the work on the same day. We'd recommend Atop and Edward as well.

Jeremy is amazing ! I had a light switch that was making popping noises and he diagnosed it right away. He also replaced a light switch in my garage that wasn’t working right.
I also had 2 switches in my front room that hadn’t worked since the house was built 30 years ago, and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it and I am elated that the 2 switches now work.
Before he replaced anything, he told me exactly how much each switch, etc. would cost, which was very helpful to me.

Jake with Atop All Electric was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had received a false diagnosis from "Any Hour Electric" that our meter was bad and was quoted 8K for fixes!!!! We called Atop All Electric for a second opinion and Jake was able to correctly diagnose and fix the actual problem which cost $477 and had nothing to do with the meter at all. I'm so grateful they were honest and able to help us fix the problem. Thank you!

Very fast response time initially, and gave us a quote very quickly. As for the installation itself, they asked to reschedule twice on the day of the appointment. The day they finally were able to come, they said they would come at 9:00, but showed up around 1:00. After they left they sent an updated appointment time saying they were scheduled for 1:00. I had to do a lot of cleanup after they left. I know it’s a messy job, but I was hoping they would clean it up more. Lots of dust, Sheetrock, and wires left around. Dust kept falling from the fan they installed for a week or two after installation. The light switch plate they installed is not flush with the wall. I’m grateful for the work they did, but likely would not go with them again.

In this day of unresponsive construction people, it's such a pleasure to find a company not only responding but doing so in a timely manner. Atop All and their staff are professional all the way, thorough in their explanations and complete in their work. I heartily recommend Mike, Jeremy and their Olympic quality staff for any electrical work you need doing. These guys are the very best.

I purchased a home in Sandy Utah a few months ago knowing the 1960s electrical system was going to be a substantial challenge to fix. I hired AtopAll Electric after being highly recommended by a friend. I know pictures speak a thousand words, so I uploaded a few to google. I could not be happier with the quality of work, it is exactly what they explained to me up front and what I expected. The electricians upgraded my main service and brought it to code, and also upgraded my interior circuit breaker panel which is now also relocated to a much more convenient location. The team that showed up to my house for the 2 days was well-oiled, and despite Rocky Mountain Power and Salt Lake County being booked out for weeks for the permit and for the Disconnect-Reconnect, this team knew how to work around those obstacles which could have easily made my bill much more expensive. The city inspector passed the job off in minutes, and there was no "hidden-surprises". All in all, I am ecstatic to see the quality of work that went into my house, and I feel much better knowing my home isn't going to burn down due to some fly-by-night handyman. So I figure I'd pass along some good fortune, Thanks.

Nicholas came to my house to figure out why I didn't have power to my dryer furnace and shed. He was on time very kind outstanding workmanship and very determined to solve the issue. It took him a little bit but he managed to figure out the problem he got power back to the things we didn't and this man deserves a raise he was just absolutely amazing I would highly recommend him to friends and family and I will definitely be calling him if I ever need service again. My boyfriend and I needed a hot tub installed. We got several quotes and were told different things. Atop Electric gave us the best quote and told us that there was some previous workthat needed to be fixed. Not only did they get our electrical work done, they were super friendly and very professorial! I strongly recommend this company for any electrical work! Thank you guys!!!

We called Atop because of the previous reviews. We asked how much he charged for the service call before arranging a time to come out. We were told $39.95. We just had one outlet that needed to be fixed. Based on other reviews, we expected the job to be less than $100. When the guy came out, he said it would be $180+ to fix the outlet issue plus $39.95 truck charges. Although we authorized the estimates of over $230+, we felt we were overcharged and misled by the service call of $39.95. The job took less than 20 minutes. If we were to use other electricians who charge by hours for $150 an hour, we would be better off. So we will not use these people again.

AtopAll Electric was the best! I will not use any other company. The pricing was reasonable and everything went perfect. I wanted some outlets added and can lights in my kitchen and living room. They completed the task with no dry wall damage,it was like it was already there! They even cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I am very happy with the work Atop All Electric did for me and my 69 year old house. It was a pain to replace panels and troubleshoot many issues. The guys were all friendly, hard working, and very good at communicating what they were finding. They gave me many options and broke down the pricing for me. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future. Very competitive bid as well.

These guys are amazing! We are in the middle of remodeling our 1950's home. We have a VERY small electrical panel that is sitting in the same wall as our main shower. So I called them to come see what could be done. While they were here I got a bit carried away asking about a million little things that are minor problems in our home. They were super helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions. They offered to handle it all, and made recommendations of what could be DIY if I wanted to save a couple of dollars. They wrote out an itemized bid solving ALL of our little issues, but after talking it through with my husband, we decided to just get the panel fixed. They were very knowledgeable and walked us through every step that needs to be done to get a full service upgrade. They even moved the new panel away from the shower to give me peace of mind. I would recommend these guys to everyone! Helpful, smart, and willing to assist in whatever way possible. Even if you have a budget they will give you all the options and then a recommendation of where you SHOULD go to meet code. (Or in our case, just what they thought would be safer in our home) We were under the impression our entire home had aluminum wiring, but the guys took time to double check everything and only found two lines that were still aluminum. They worked through both the attic and basement space to get those lines corrected. They offered to fix up any damage done, but I prefer to do drywall repair myself so they did what we asked with that. We will be calling these guys back out several times as our remodel continues. I wouldn't use any other electrician after this. Fantastic Work!

I am very disappointed in how this company tries to be shady about pricing. Both of the people I dealt with danced around pricing questions and were never forthright about how much things were going to cost.
The only reason I didn't give one star is because they were prompt and it seems so far that they fixed the issue.

They came out and fixed the wiring in our ceiling fan. It seems a wire had fried. The person I spoke to on the phone said they don't charge for estimates. Then the technician, vaguely mentioned some "basic package" but never gave a price , just started doing stuff without ever getting approval.

He quickly realized the issue with the fried wire and fixed it right away. Which took all of 10 minutes. We go downstairs and he hands me something to sign and says the bill is $236!

I have no idea if this is a common price for electrical work or not. What I do know is I used Thumbtack a few years ago and a really nice gentleman charged me $40 to repair an outlet that seemed much more involved.

But more importantly the fact that both the person on the phone and the technician never gave me a straight answer until after he did the work is extremely dishonest and unprofessional. There wasn't really much I could do with the guy standing in my kitchen, after he had fixed the issue, but pay.

After the technician left I got a text with the bill, I saw I was charged $197 for "Diagnose a problem" and $39 for a "Truck Charge"! I mean I don't know how you can tell someone the estimate is free but have a truck charge. That to me sounds like your getting charged the $39 no matter what. Which wouldn't be a big deal if you explain that from the beginning.

So even though they did fix the problem, or at least it seems like they did so far. I will not be using this company again. Unless money is no issue I'd steer clear of these people

I'm sure you can find a more honest and upfront electrician that can also get the job done.
