Had a great experience, put in request to Angies List for an electrician to put a plug in for my EV and got a call in less than a minute, they were on time and i got text messages of progress. Also electronic quote approval was super easy. Jake did a great job, got new breaker and outlet installed in a few hours, he managed to run the new 40 amp line with a single 1/2" hole in the garage drywall which is much appreciated

I cannot say enough good things about Atop. Both Jeremy and Cameron were very professional and efficient and very friendly. They worked quickly and finished the work a lot faster than I'd anticipated and cleaned up everything before they left. I'm an engineer and work in the construction industry and so I know excellent quality work when I see it. These guys are among the best.

These guys are fantastically perfect! I called yesterday and they are here today. I have a flat roof structure which complicates moving light fixtures. Mike from Atop came exactly when promised. First he talked me off the cliff I wanted to jump off, then he assuaged my fears, letting me know it could be done. The end result? Perfect! Atop was on time, finished the project quicker than stated, stuck to the estimate, provided options and cleaned up after themselves. The project was done to my satisfaction, with an extremely fair price, and finished on time. I will definitely use them for other projects in my flat roof home. Thanks!

They did our basement and did a great job. No complaints and no problems. Super accommodating as we went along, being able to move around whatever needed to be moved. Had a problem awhile later and they came out quick and fixed it quick.

We hired Atop All Electric to replace a light fixture in our bedroom. They were extremely communicative, keeping us informed during each step of the process. I always knew what to expect with them. Nicholas, my service technician, was an absolute gem. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely respectful of our home. We were so impressed, we were already planning a future project before he left. The prices, both for my completed project and the estimate for my future project, were reasonable. Atop All and Nicholas will be my go-to for electrical work in the future.

We started with Atop All after a chance meeting with Mike on a morning walk. We had no idea who to call for our remodel but we needed someone we felt could a quality job. After moving our house electrical entrance we knew we had the right team. The job was tough, dirty and required lots of teamwork. Atop All brilliantly executed the work. Several months later came rough in. Atop All remembered exactly who we were and what we needed done. They arrived with several team members ready for that stage which they amazingly completed in 1 day. When we finally arrived at finish work, again, Atop All exceeded our expectations. Expertise provided by Jeremy & Mike made our new addition a showplace. All fixtures, switches and lights are exactly where they should be to make life enjoyable. It's a breeze to live and work in our new space thanks to Atop All improvements suggested over our architectural plans. Atop All's pricing is fair, their work outstanding, their attention to detail is truly Atop All. I highly recommend them.

We have had Atop come out a couple of times to check on some issues we were experiencing and both times they went above and beyond and frankly they are the best contractors we have dealt with to date. Tim was our tech and he was amazing! He explained everything in terms I could understand and walked me through all actions taken. We will definitely be calling them for any future needs and cannot express how grateful we are for their services.

These guys are the best! We had a very difficult problem to solve that needed immediate attention. From the time we first contacted them (on a weekend) to less than 18 hours later, they had coordinated with the city and power company, pulled the permit, completed the work and passed the inspection. They know their stuff. The price was right, the quality was superb and they communicated well throughout the project. Mike and Jeremy were both pleasant and excellent to work with. They were professional and left the job clean and tidy. As a bonus, they lent us a nice generator to keep our essentials running throughout the day. Would highly recommend!

While I'm not a contractor, and my purchases are never large, these guys are always willing to help.

When you want things to turn out well, trust the expertise of CED. Don't waste your time with the big box stores when you can have both good prices and export help at CED. My garage project turned out better than expected and I didn't blow the budget. Thanks guys!

I had two small parts to return. They were only $.60 apiece, but since I don’t do this for a living, I don’t see the point in keeping them.

They would not return them because it was a cash ticket. They said that they can only Return parts if you have an account.

That is just a bunch of hog wash. Everybody returns merchandise. CED Should be no exception.

I have had Lucent Pro come out to do work in my home with electrical and HVAC. Always professional and quick to respond.

This company will nickel and dime you every chance they get. Absolutely outrageous fees and prices. I definitely regret using their services.

Horrible customer service, showed up to fix fire alarms and didn’t fix anything but still charged $400 for 20 minutes of looking around. Then realized they charged us twice, and were completely unprofessional and rude. Most definitely a scan and charged us many high fees after not fixing or doing anything! Horrible company and service. Do not recommend!!

Lucent Pro Services is one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The service is prompt and prices are very reasonable.

This business is completely unprofessional, my home warranty sent them out two years ago. I am know getting a bill two years later to pay. They told me at time of service the warranty would take care of it all. If you get this company sent to your home ask for another company to come out.
