I wanted an outdoor outlet installed and to check and see why an existing outdoor outlet wasn't working. Dave came out quickly and gave me quote and then we scheduled a different time for him to come perform the work. He had the new outlet installed in no time and quickly found out that the existing outlet will work if you have a outside light switch turned on. He didn't charge me for the diagnosis which was awesome. Overall I am pleased with Lucent.

They did the job eventually, but scheduling was like pulling teeth. The customer service rep would consistently promise a time and the time just kept slipping by the hour... Then by the day... Their technicians even came to my house and had to abruptly leave for another job before even starting the scheduled work. It was difficult to deal with and I would recommend seeking out a different company unless Lucent guarantees the best price!

My warranty company sent Lucent earth to fix my fuse box and they got to me very quickly. Carl was excellent in the work he did and went above what I expected because he also attached the fuse box door that had fallen off and was bent. Many times companies I have used that the warranty company sends has been a problem. I highly recommend this company and Carl.

We've had several house calls with Lucent, and had Carl, Josh & Raymundo out to help with electrical issues ranging from changing out smart switches to replacing lights and receptacles. All were very professional, friendly, and Carl even worked late hours to help us meet deadlines to get everything done. He worked through some tough challenges including old boxes and wiring in an hold house and helped bring everything up to modern outlets for us. Very friendly and courteous with fair pricing, highly recommend!

Quick to call me and set up a time to come out. I had other bids that were 500 dollars higher than what I paid Lucent. Dave even helped come up with a solution to add a heat source in an enclosed shower/toilet room that I was having an exhaust fan replaced in. I just told him what I wanted and he gave me a couple of options that were cost effective. I had a very good experience with this company. I would highly recommend them.

Dave Gibson came out to help install a car charger for my house. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick! The price ended up being half as much as any hour services quoted me. I would definitely recommend this company to do your electrical work!

Wish i could give less than one star. Horrible experience with electrician and owner/boss of Lucent Earth. I will never use them again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. I will in fact make a point to let any one I can know to NOT use them for any services. I had central air installed by them, which the installer BJ of my central air was professional and did a fabulous job at what he did. Unfortunately he was not licensed to do the electrical so he had to have the electrician come in to do the electrical connection for the unit. At which time he informed my gf we had to replace the panel. They negotiated a fair and reasonable price, he performed the work with no explanation of further charges to have a completed job, however he left the work unfinished and refused to come back to complete it. When I spoke with the electrician, Jeremy who I have yet to find proof of him being a licensed electrician which is another issue, he became rude and very unprofessional about the situation and refused to complete the work without being paid further for it. When I spoke with Carl about the situation he was just as rude and unprofessional as his "electrician" and also refused to complete the work without charging me more money. He even tried to feed me some line about it being necessary to damage my walls to install panel. Even after being informed I work in the electrical field and know otherwise he rudely inquired why I didnt just do it myself. I am not a licensed electrician so that kind of work is out of my hands. Although through investigation to report Jeremy to DOPL I have yet to find that he is a licensed electrician either so I would have been better off doing the work myself apparently. Horrible experience with this company, i would not advise anyone to do any work with them what so ever.

One picture shows the damage surrounding the panel that was refused to be fixed and said to be "necessary" to install a panel. Second photo is the opposite side of that wall, in my bedroom, where Jeremy damaged that wall during installation as well. Both were refused to be fixed without further paying them.

Worst contractor experience imaginable. Hired to install a 240 outlet within 4 feet of my electrical box. Estimate of $400 became $900 @4 hrs of work. My original electrician had a nice layout, now it has sloppy graffiti. Exactly how hard is it to install an outlet that is level and matches the rest of the faceplates in the garage? This did not happen. When I showed this job and mentioned the cost to another contractor on my street, he laughed and shook his head. I’ll redo the faceplate, match it, make it level and rewrite the chicken scratches written in my electrical box. Sloppy, overpriced and perhaps my biggest contractor disappointment. The owner of Lucent Earth got me, lesson learned.

I had Ryan rewire a bathroom, add some outlets for a stove and washer/dryer, and install a bathroom fan . We had a small miscommunication on the placement on two of the outlets, Ryan came out the next day and moved them without any hassle. I will use their service again.

Ryan was great! He REALLY knows his trade. I have always been interested in electricity, so he came out and repaired my attempt to fix something myself. Not only did he resolve it but taught me a lot.

Ryan/Superior Electric installed a Tesla Wall charger for me and made sure to resolve any issue post installation. I highly recommend Ryan Ryan on his work. He is fair, responsive and backs up his work.

I have used superior electric twice now, both with great experiences. Super knowledgeable, skilled, and very reliable! Today he was stuck working on another project before coming to my house that took him longer than he expected to complete. But he called me and kept me updated about his ETA. I appreciated the updates so I I wasn’t stuck at home wondering when he would arrive. When he came to my house, he was in and out within 15 minutes. He was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it quickly.

So happy I found Ryan! He showed up when he said he would, exactly on time both days he was over. He worked extremely hard, did what we asked and was even nice to my kids when they were chatting his ear off. I will definitely call Superior again.
