So far I have loved the service! Alejandra paid a lot of attention to detail during her clean. Our house looked amazing when we came home. Would recommend to anyone!

After a bit of miscommunication on my end, I ended up needing almost 1/3 more space cleaned than in our original quote. Lily’s was very quick and able to accommodate the addition, and I came home to a beautifully cleaned house. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service provided

We had to switch our cleaning dates around a bit this summer and Lily’s House Cleaning were so accommodating! They had to send a different person to clean for us but we have had Tatiana twice now and she does such an amazing job. Does not miss a thing. Coming home to an entirely clean house is a luxury I will never take for granted. Lily’s House Cleaning is a great, trustworthy company. So happy I found them!!

Great experience overall. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left our home looking fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and paid attention to the little details that really make a difference. The quality of the cleaning was excellent, and I genuinely appreciated their care and thoroughness. I’d happily use them again and recommend them to others.

They did a deep cleaning of my house. They were very thorough and covered all areas. It took 2 people around six hours to clean around 3,000 square feet. This included four bathrooms. Everything looks great and looking forward to having a deep cleaned home for the holidays. I plan on using a monthly repeat service. They were very friendly as well!

Tatiana did an awesome job. She was very punctual, and removed stains from my bathtub and blinds that I had worked on and was convinced were permanent! I really appreciated her help.

I don't leave many reviews, and need a reason to do so. Lily's team (Betza, Andreina, Alejandra, Veronica) gave me one. They did a fantastic job on a deep clean. My house is large (7,500 sq. ft) with a lot of wood and detail work needed. They arrived on time, were professional, and got the job done in one day, which I appreciated. With such a large project, there were understandably one or two items that got overlooked. But they promptly returned later that week to polish off the loose ends. Communication throughout was great. While not cheap, the price was reasonable/fair for the service provided.

ETA: dropping it down from 5 to 2. I scheduled reoccurring claims because I enjoyed my first service. Unfortunately, they are impossible to communicate with. I tried four days ago to reschedule a clean because my landlord has people coming in to do work on my apartment and it would be during the clean would ruin the clean. They have not responded and are ghosting me and I bet are going to make me pay $160 to have my apartment ruined as it’s being cleaned. They will ghost you and scam you please do not book here.

I have sent them 6 text messages canceling. They still tried to confirm. I tried calling 8 times. Finally got a hold of someone and they are refusing to cancel.

Yekina did an incredible job!!! My house looks immaculate! The cost of the cleaning is very fair in the market and you definitely get your money’s worth and more. She was on time, nice, and very thorough! I will definitely be hiring her/Lily”s Cleaning again!

Tatiana did an amazing job with the deep clean. She was on time, communicated at all points in the process, and completed the clean in just a couple hours. With it being a deep clean including kitchen appliances in a full kitchen I expected it to take longer! My expectations were exceeded with her attention to detail. We will be hiring Lilys again for any light or deep clean!

We had a really dirty house and Lily’s cleaning service had sent Maira to help us clean our house. She did an amazing job! The bathroom was clean, the bedrooms and living rooms were cleaned so well!

Can I please have more attention to more details on the kitchen drawer and kitchen cabinet. Take out those dishes and wipe and put back. Please wipes it really good. Sweeps and mops all floors, even the bathroom floor. Other than that it’s pretty good and hope to see you guys in every 2 weeks.

My apartment always looks amazing after having Lily’s cleaners come. Maira did a wonderful job! This was the first time she had been to my home. She asked questions to make sure she knew what I needed. She was thorough, thoughtful, and paid attention to every detail. I appreciate the little touches that let me know she cared about doing a great job cleaning my home. I absolutely hope she will be coming again!

Lily’s is Fantastic, I have been using them for months and they always do such a great job, they leave the house not only very clean but honestly Magical! They do all kinds of little extras that just make a huge difference.
