Kim from Happy Housekeeping just cleaned my house quickly and efficiently. She was pleasant and asked what I needed done before she started. I would love to have her come back.

I have been very pleased with the services I have received from Happy Housecleaning. I have used them for over 4 years now to clean a 2400 sq foot home. Charmin, the owner, has made sure that I have always had a cleaning person available to be there, even if it means she and her husband have had to come over and clean themselves (has happened twice over the the time we've used their service). If there was a sub-par cleaning, and I called to have it corrected within the 24 hour requisite period of time, She would send out the cleaning person to come clean my home again. Only needed to do that once. The only issues that I have encountered have been a lack of retaining of employees from time to time, which has affected Charmin's ability to have consistent cleaning people visiting my home at times. This is understandable, given the nature of the business, with cleaning people knowing that they can eventually break off and earn better money working for themselves and the fact that cleaning homes is a very hard business to retain good employees in the first place. An excellent company. The prices are competitive and Charmin runs a tight ship with a fair hand to both her customers and her employees, I feel.

It was a very nice experience. Paige did a very thorough job, and did it in a timely manner.

I cannot say enough positive about my experience. I was skeptical to use a cleaning company at first but the experience was nothing short of perfect. The two women that cleaned were amazing! We've been using Happy House Cleaning for almost a year. The owners Charmon and Mike are very responsive and flexible, and the rate is very reasonable. I really like Happy House Cleaning. My parents have used them for years and highly recommended them and I wasn't disappointed. With my fibromyalgia, recovering from an emergency c-section, and taking care of 6 kids deep cleaning has become really hard for me. I had Billie come and clean my bathrooms and my kitchen and she did an excellent job. She listened well to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with it. I'm grateful to be able to have Billie keep cleaning for me. ☺️

I had a great experience with Happy House Cleaning! My wood floors in my main level were cleaned and bathrooms were deep cleaned and I’m so happy with how it turned out! I’d definitely use them again!
Update: I used Happy House Cleaning again and am so happy with their services! I’m 9 months pregnant and Sylvia came and deep cleaned my bathrooms, my hardwood floors, baseboards, walls, blinds etc. she got so much done in her time here. It was so helpful and now my house is super clean for my new baby’s arrival!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. This is the second time we have used them. Once after Covid and now during our total move out! BEST EVER experience and worth every fair penny! Wow talk about harassment!! I’ve now reported this company to BBB and to every consumer protection agency I can think of. They have clearly purchased some AI bot application to reach out to huge swaths of Salt Lake phone numbers and no matter how many curse words I put on there and tell them to go plug themselves they won’t stop texting me EVERY day multiple times and EVERY text ends with “what’s your address?”!

I have lymphatic breast cancer and it’s really hard for me to get around without getting winded and fatigued so cleaning my house is next to impossible. Happy house cleaning has teamed up with a program called cleaning for a reason that helps cancer patients with disabilities like mine with free house cleaning services. It’s nice to know that cancer patients have these services available. Although just donating to the National cancer places helps in finding a cure, it doesn’t help us directly as individuals for things we might need while going through chemotherapy treatments that can hinder our quality of life. Like cleaning our home.

Kimberly was scheduled today for a deep clean which took her 5 hours. I was surprised that the company sent her solo for a deep clean. That’s a lot of work for one person. Nevertheless, she did a great job, and I am happy with the results. It makes my heart full to know I will have a clean house for my family for the holidays. Thank you so much, I very much appreciate her and this service that is available for people like me, it helps so much more than you know 🥰

These guys did an amazing job on my move out cleaning I got all my deposit back and the apartment complex gave me back a month’s rent because it was move in ready. They are nice professional and made me feel special. Hard to do when you’re just there to clean!
