I had a great experience with this company. I reached out to them in the winter about purchasing a window cleaning for my mother. We wanted to get an estimated cost of the cleaning but did not intend to have the work done until after spring.

I received an estimate quickly with a fair value. I scheduled an appointment for Spring. The contractor followed up with me to verify that I still wanted the appointment a few days prior to the scheduled date.

They arrived early (which is always better than late). The rep was very friendly and had the work done in no time at all.

The windows look amazing!! Crystal clear. I would absolutely use them again.

The gentleman talked about it with me so my expectations were set and then did a great job getting them clean. The bid and payment process was convenient. They did an excellent job cleaning our windows, sliding glass doors and screens! Everything looks brand new, highly recommend this company!

Update: now that the sun is shining brightly we are able to see exactly what is left. We have high windows that are difficult to reach from the outside but we had hoped that a professional cleaning service would have the equipment to get up there and get the hard water off; at least far more than we were ever able to. Unfortunately we have found that a few windows have streaks left from the squeegee (difficult for the gentleman to see at the time of day he was here, so no biggie) and the taller windows all have the same appearance as before we paid for the cleaning service. In fact, the windows look the same as they did after we attempted to clean them using an extension pole; clean with squeegee marks and the buildup still intact.

While I am overjoyed that our basement windows are gleaming and free from the buildup, I am disappointed with the cost vs results. I hesitated to leave this review because the gentleman who came to our home is worth the 5 stars but the lack of equipment provided to get the job done properly for taller homes, especially for the price, is worth 3 stars at best.

Original review: the gentleman that came to our home was very nice, polite and professional and the company is very responsive to messages. We had hard water and calcium buildup on our basement windows that I gave up trying to scrub away and he was able to get it all off. Will use again!
