I hired Happy House Cleaning for two hours, I had a list about three hours (what it would have taken me) long! She blew through it! I am very impressed. They did a great job. I would use their services again.

Happy House Cleaning is the most professional, the most thorough, and the kindest people we have ever had the pleasure of having in our home.

I have been using Happy House Cleaning for years -- always on top of it, Tory did a great job this week. They do a great job communicating if scheduling issues arise or I need something additional taken care of.

I have never used this service, but I have been receiving texts every single day spamming me to try to get my business? Weird business model… Super annoying.

I've been using Happy Housecleaning for several years. I've read some negative reviews on Google and dont understand why unless they are mistakenly referring to another company. I had my house cleaned today and they did a deep clean. Very personable and professional employees. Everything from baseboards, ceiling fans, dusting wood shutters, my home office desk which was a mess, mopping etc. with green non toxic materials. They know the difference between Sanitizing and disinfecting. I've never had a bad experience. My house feels and is very clean to the point where I notice when I come home and look around, and I'm very picky. Sure they may have had scheduling issues during this pandemic but given this type of business, I commend them for what they have been able to accomplish with the restrictions in place.

Happy Housecleaning did a great job cleaning for us. We had a little mix up with scheduling but we were able to get it rescheduled for the next day and the ladies did a nice job. I was able to choose the things I wanted them to work on, which was different from other places I'd tried, and they completed nearly everything on my list in the allotted time. I plan to have them back regularly.

My review in no way reflects the cleaners that came to my home. They did an excellent job. This review is for the management of the company. When I got the quote, it was for an hourly price of $55 per hour with an estimate of 2.5 hours. I have been overbilled for 2 out of 3 times I’ve used the service. The cleaner does the job in 2 hours or less. The owner refuses to credit back the difference, take my calls or return messages. This is unacceptable behavior. Especially in a service company! I will not use them again!

Happy House cleaning has been our cleaning service for years and they consistently do a very nice job. I came home today after two days of a sports tournament to find my house in beautiful shape. Alaysia really outdid herself today!

The two workers that came to our house were nice but very unprofessional. They didn't finish the job thoroughly that we hired them for... They kept asking me and my husband if they could leave early, didn't finish wiping out the cabinets in the house, and I have called the company a couple times leaving messages and can't seem to get a hold of them ever... If we weren't in such a time crunch with moving out, me and my husband would have cleaned it much quicker and effectively but really put our trust in this company hoping that they would do a good job and help us out with our timing and stress from moving..I never leave bad reviews, I am a very easy going person and can shrug off almost anything. I really feel that there are huge issues in how this cleaning company handles their business. We really were overcharged for the quality of service that was done. My husband even tipped them a generous amount before they left, and saw the results of their work. Now we regret it.....

We've used this service several times, and all the house cleaners were organized and professional, with good time management, asked what else they could do when nearly done. The owners are responsive and caring, participating in the program for cancer patients to receive services.
We have dogs, and they do great with getting up the fur from all surfaces.

Kim provided a fantastic service for us! Very detailed and very organized! She was so pleasant and made my life so much easier.

My friends Charmon and Mike chose the best happy team for me with Chelsea and Matty. These woman, whether, on hand and knee which I can't do, cleaned the bathroom, or used the right nifty tools to do more than I imagined in cleaning my ceiling fan in the vaulted ceiling, also the shutters. My home sparkeled from all rooms, kitchen, bedroom also laundry room. Chelsea and Matty, I'll ask for you again by name. You blessed me!

Needing reliable good housekeepers is a must for those who don’t have the bandwidth to clean their own home. This service was responsive to my calls, helpful, a great value, and my house was left sparkling clean. To my dismay my husband said he’d never seen it so clean! They’re way better than me which is highly unusual if you are good at cleaning but just don’t enjoy it or have the time. I’m looking forward to repeat service with happy house cleaning.

Recently, April 18, Emalee too care of my housecleaning needs. She got right to work and let me know when she had a question. Emalee walked me through the house when she was finished. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated this. I am delighted to have the help of Happy Housecleaning. 😊

I had a great first experience with Happy House Cleaning. I was unable to keep the original appointment time, but Charman was very understanding and able to reschedule my maid so I could still have the service performed on the same day. Larissa was kind, happy, and did a great job. My stove was a disgusting mess, and she spent the time and effort necessary to have it shining like new!

Chelsea is wonderful. She is careful, thorough, and remembers our preferences. And she’s amazing with our pets. And very flexible to help out both us and her employer.

Kim really went above and beyond. She worked quickly and thoroughly. I was amazed at how much she finished in the two and a half hours she was here. She even volunteered to do jobs we hadn’t asked her to do. On top of everything, she was delightfully cheerful and friendly. I would love to have her back anytime!

We hired Happy House Cleaning to come into our home this past Friday. We left Thursday out of town and looked forward to returning to a clean home. That was not the case, unfortunately. No dusting was done, whatsoever. No shelves were wiped down. Nothing on the shelves got moved or wiped down. Assuming they at least wiped down the counters, nothing on them got wiped down or was moved to clean around. My bedroom and master bathroom didn't even get touched. My son was home and said two girls spent about 4 hours in the home and that a supervisor even came by after to approve the work! I'm blown away by the poor quality of cleaning we received and for the amount we paid to have it done. The floors are the only thing that look clean and my hallway bathroom that nobody uses so it was basically already clean. Very disappointing to pay a service for something that I still have to do myself.

What an amazing company!!!! In a very short notice and tight time frame they cleaned the whole house the day we had to move out. The rental company was so impressed and made the comment that they wished every rental looked this good when people move out. We received our entire deposit back thanks all to Happy House Cleaners and their awesome team. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for all my cleaning needs.
