Alex did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing our HVAC issue! He explained that the outdoor unit was very dirty, which caused the capacitor to fail and kept the motors from working properly. He quickly replaced the capacitor, cleaned the condenser, and got everything running smoothly again. He also pointed out that the indoor blower wheel could use a cleaning, which was really helpful to know. He was able to clean it properly. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient—highly recommend!

Alex and his crew deserve more than five stars. No one wants their furnace to go out, but if it happens to you, you will pray for someone like Alex and his crew to rescue you. Alex loaned us space heaters until our furnace could be installed. The price was very reasonable, and the care they demonstrated went above and beyond anything I expected. These guys are the real deal. Alex gave me prices to fix my 30 year old furnace but his price for new was so reasonable that I decided it was time. I never felt like I was being hustled or manipulated. Thank you to this team for my toasty warm house. You’re the best.

Alex and his team at Air Pros were able to set me up with an amazing mini split system in a short amount of time. They even offered fantastic solutions that other companies hadn't suggested like using ceiling cassettes instead of wall mounts or floor consoles. The system is unobtrusive, effective, and quiet. Our furnace suddenly stopped working last Friday night and after some futile trouble shooting, I contacted them. Despite being called during off-business hours, Alex tried his best to find a motor, gave us instant updates and fixed it the next day. He was very kind and patient, even gave us a quick tune up after changing the motor.
Change your filters often, everyone. Don’t make the same mistake as we did. 😅

I had another place come out and they gave me a price of $1500 to clean or my furnace to, bottom, and coils and an additional $2000 to rebuild ignition switch. When Alex came out with air pros he cleaned it the top, bottom, and coils for $375. I didn't even need the ignition switch rebuilt. Alex was extremely honest. He knew what he was doing. He was efficient and didn't try to upsell me on anything that I didn't need. I have already recommended him to my family and my clients. I also have him scheduled to put in some duct work on an unfinished basement next month.
I can't say enough great things about him and this company. Glad I now have an HVAC guy.

Air Pros installed some duct work for me in a basement I’m finding. These guys are the best and they know their job. They came in with their estimate very competitively priced. While doing a walk through of the project, the explained how and why they planned on running it. Answered all my questions professionally and clearly. They were extremely receptive to the few small changes I made and in the time between the estimate when I had a few questions, they answered everything and were really knowledgeable and helpful. When they came to do the install they showed up right on time, were ready to go and were very proactive to try and keep everything clean and out of the way, not intrusive at all. But the really important part was the finished project. The final walkthrough looked amazing. They ran just like the promised, no issues. Everything was how we requested, everything looked great. I’d recommend these guys over and over again

Our hero! Alex came in to our HVAC project mid-way through as our previous contractor ghosted us before finishing the job. We were on a time crunch and filled with anxiety not knowing how to move forward. Our trusted plumber, Jordan with Copper Eagle Plumbing, referred us to Alex/ Air Pros and we’re just wishing we would have known about him sooner! He is considerate, timely, communicative, fairly priced, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. 10/10 will use him again and would recommend to others.

I wanted to get a new air conditioner installed before the heat hits. I had 4 different bids and there was no doubt in my mind At Your Service Pros was the best value. They arrived on time, took care of my house and got the unit installed in one day. I ran it just to see how well it worked and it cooled my house off so fast I was thoroughly impressed. I'd absolutely recommend then to anyone! Will deifnately use them in the future!
