HVAC reviews in Sandy, Utah

They came to my house and did a great job, A/C was down for a couple of days, they showed up on time and fixed it pretty quick, house cool again!!!

Very competitive quote and great customer service. The tech showed up on time and went above and beyond explaining what needed to be done and why.
100% recommend Lion Heating and Air.

They came right out. I was told by another company I needed a new system. I called for a quote and the person who came out to look at it double checked the unit and found it only needed a capacitor. It has been work great since they came out.

Lions Heating and Air Company is awesome! They provide excellent service. We had something come up as the tempertures started to drop and they were even willing to come over the weekend. Thank you!!

Air conditioning went out they were able to get someone out same day. Very friendly and transparent with what needed to be done. I very happy with their services and will be recommending them to all friends and family.

The tech was friendly and efficient with our time.

Our AC went out today :( Lucky us our landlord called Lion Heating and Air. Jim got to our house at 9:00 PM - providing the same day service they promised. The tech was super knowledgeable, diagnosed the capacitor issue quickly and had the parts on his truck to fix the unit. We're sleeping in the cool AC tonight thanks to the talented and reliable folks at Lion. Thank YOU

We've worked with our HVAC guy Tim for years prior, and he is at the pinnacle of competence and service.

We have had them replace our furnace and fix our air conditioner. They are always pleasant to work with and they get things taken care of as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing experience with Lion Heating and Air! I’ve seen how other companies can gouge you, but they were honest, knowledgeable, and friendly from the first call to the appointment. Highly recommend their services!

Our AC stopped pushing cold air out one night and by the next evening, Tim had come out quickly addressed the issue and got it fixed within an hour! He was able to diagnose the problem just by looking at the outside unit! It was such a relief to get the air cooling again because we have twin 1 year olds that had been overheating during the day. Definitely recommend these guys!!

They where great :) came and fixed the issue after 3 days no ac lucky thing the heat wasn’t to bad feels amazing to have ac yet again

My gas fireplace needed to be repaired, it had completely stopped working. It’s tough getting scheduled on service calendars these days, but they found an early slot for me. The tech was terrific. He explained the issue, fixed it, and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Lion Heating.

Our experience with Lion Heating and Air was consistent with all the positive reviews you read. The same day I called them a technician, not a sales person, came out to look at our old HVAC system, diagnose our problem and then gave us a quote on a new furnace based on what he thought we needed, not on what he thought he could sell us. They were fast, friendly, kept us informed and within 3 days of getting a quote we had a new furnace and internet thermostat installed. The price we paid was thousands less than a quote from a big HVAC company that sent out their salesman. I highly recommend Lion Heating and Air if you want fast, honest, friendly service at a reasonable price

Last minute call, Lion Heating and Air help us on the same day! Stayed in our house until the job was done! Great atitude, great service.

******Update 11/11/23 - Lion was so awesome we called them back to give our forced air unit a tune up for the winter. Their tech was prompt, professional & friendly (even my dogs liked him). He cleaned our heater, replaced our filter, and found a problem that was easy and inexpensive to repair now (before our heater fails on a cold day). Thank you Lion - we’ll definitely call you again and refer our friends and family to you******.

Original review: We bought a new home and the AC condenser was located right outside our back door (was SO noisy). Lion Air was able to relocate the entire unit to the back of the house. Work completed as promised, technician very professional, everything was left clean and we are SO happy with the new location of the AC condenser. They even checked out our forced air unit and changed the filter. Price was extremely competitive (and reasonable). Highly recommended contractor.

I had a problem with my home air conditioner, Lion Heating and Air was able to come out and take care of me within an hour of me calling them. Super fast service. Jim went through my whole AC system and was able to pin point what the problem was. He replaced the part, as well as fixed some issues left behind by other hvac guys, and I was back up and running. I am very thankful for Jim's service and would recommend Lion Heating and Air to anybody needing heating or AC repair.

Great company. Called early afternoon they showed up a few hours later and fixed our problem within 15 minutes of diagnosis it.

Excellent professional service.
Called late on a hot July Friday night. Quick response. Asked some basic questions about the problem, make and model so they were prepared with possible parts needed. Two hours later we had cold air again.
Wholeheartedly recommend this excellent company.
Thank you Lion Heating and Air!

Lion Heating and Air is easily a 5 star company. They are very responsive, thorough, and affordable. It's one of those companies that give you outstanding service and value so you think about keeping it a secret so others don't find out. But hey, good businesses deserve to thrive.

Our tech was absolutely amazing! So professional and kind. They came 4 hours earlier than expected which was amazing since our heater wasn’t working at all and it was getting cold with 2 babies at home. They were able to get our furnace up and running again as well as changing out our thermostat which we didn’t know was broken since we just moved into this rental. I’d recommend lion heating and air all day every day!
