I am very disappointed with the service I received. I was charged $200 for a dryer vent cleaning, which is on the higher end of the market, so I expected a thorough and complete job. However, the technician never even stepped outside to inspect or clean the exterior exhaust vent. A proper cleaning requires clearing the entire length of the duct, especially the outside flapper where lint buildup is most likely to cause a fire hazard. Paying $200 for someone to only vacuum the inside transition hose and ignore the outside is completely unacceptable. I feel overcharged for an incomplete job and would not recommend them.

I’d leave a zero if possible. Made a complete mess of the home. Marked up freshly painted walls, left debris, chemical spray spots all over and around vents, tracked in mud on floors and had to be asked to clean up after himself. Was in and out of home within 45 minutes after supposedly doing a thorough whole home vent cleaning. Arrived in a broke down looking van with no company name or signage. Very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. Google photos and reviews were most likely copied from other websites. The tech claimed to be from a complete different company not High Tech Air.
