I went in to get a capacitor and igniter and fixed the problem. Two days later the motor went out on the same furnace. They tested it and pulled the fan from the motor and listed the wiring diagram for me as the new motor had different color wires. No charge even after I offered. Took it home and installed it. Runs like a champ! Probly save me a grand!

Top rate service, cost, customer service!! Repaired my inducer motor in less than 15 mins with a year long warrant on parts and labor!
I called around slc and everyone else wanted over double for part and install plus, you have option of buying just the part and can install yourself if one so choose.
I'm shocked I had not heard of them and that everyone else is breaking people's banks-greedy!!!
Thank you Troy for install. Thank you Guy and Scott on the phones and informing me and setting me up!! TY Aire-Flo heating and air!!!

I recently had a great experience working with this company, especially Brent. They will be my go-to partner for my HVAC / Furnace needs. If there's a chance I can fix something, I'm game to try, but homeowners are shut-out of the parts supply. Large names like Trane and Lennox will only sell to contractors. Aire-Flo is the critical link. These folks are responsive to calls, are respectful of the handy homeowner who is brave enough to fix stuff on his/her own, are willing to lend their expertise and even do bench testing of suspect parts. Finally, they acquire OEM parts from wholesaler on your behalf. They reasonably have a strict no return policy for electronics, so they are not a "try it til it works" kind of place. Although, I didn't use their field repair service, they do on-call repairs as well. Based on the vibe I had working through my DIY stuff, I wouldn't hesitate to use them for a service call.

Our AC died, I did some research and testing and discovered the capacitor was blown. They had the part for $24. 30 minutes later we were up and running. Thank you so much!!!!

This company represents what value truly is. I've never met such honest and loyal and good hearted folks. You can tell they really care about their customers.

Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The capacitor on my AC unit went out during this last week's record heat wave. Aire-Flo was happy to sell me the part I needed (other suppliers do not sell to the general public, and refused me when I showed up there).

The woman at the counter was very helpful, and was not judging or condescending at all that I am not a professional HVAC technician. She tested my capacitor and sold me a replacement. She also gave me some "plumber's tape" for free because the replacement capacitor was different dimensions from the on I pulled out, which was so helpful when I got home.

Searched everywhere for an igniter for my furnace. But everywhere I called wouldn’t sell to the public. Called these guys and they were awesome! They not only had one I had given them the wrong model number. They figured it out and had the part in stock. They were really nice even with me being dumb.

I am so thankful for these helpful guys at Aire-Flo! I had a motor go out in my A/C unit and everyone around town was out 2-3 days out so I decided to do it myself. I brought in my motor with the blade attached and it was rusted on and Scott was kind enough to remove it (he had to grind the rust off)! The A/C still didn't function and they walked me through a couple of things and found out the capacitor was bad as well. I will definitely be calling these guys for any service needs in the future! My 9 month old thanks you for a cool house in this hot time of the year!

I had an employee named Guy come to my house to give me a bid on having AC installed. He told me my heating ducts were too small and my ceilings would have to be taken apart to install new ducts and the wiring could not be connected to my fuse box inside but would have to be taken to the fuse box outside after again taking the ceiling apart. In short, he said he couldn't give me a bid because it wasn't feasible to install AC in my house. After 4 other bidders I had AC installed very reasonably with none of the other bidders saying the issues Guy mentioned were an issue. I would be very wary of having this company install AC with that huge of a discrepancy in his opinion and the opinion of the 4 other bidders.

This guy is a rip off. After speaking to this guy on the phone and rushing to his business before it closed, he didn't have a part I needed. So he called the supply house (that has the part) then came up with the price in his head to charge me. I looked up the part online before I went to the shop and it was $9.95 plus shipping. He charged me $40 plus tax for the $10 part, that is a 400% markup and I have to drive to the parts store to pick it up. Now I know people need to make a living. But to charge somebody 400% markup for a part they need for their heater in the middle of winter is ridiculous. I would not recommend this ripoff artist

***Buyer beware***I bought one part from this store and I'll never go back. I bought a part I never opened or used as I ended up just buying a new furnace. I went with my receipt and the clearly unopened product to return it. Their policy is they will not accept returns on any parts with any electric components, even if the package is unopened. They wouldn't work with me at all on it.

I couldn't be happier with their service. My AC went out on July 4th and my house got to 96 degrees. When the repair man got her he walked me through the problem so if it breaks again I can do it myself. With the new part my AC still didn't have enough power to fully turn on the compressor. So the mechanic got a used part from his van to supply the needed power. He didn't even charge me for that because it wasn't brand new. I'm so impressed by their honesty and integrity. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Thanks guys!!!

Aire Flo has helped me and my family out for years. They're always extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, all around a bunch of good people. I highly recommend.

Furnace stopped working properly due to a faulty pressure switch. Though they didn’t have the replacement part in stock, they ended up calling 4-5 of their distributors in order to find the part for me. With temperatures in the teens, I was extremely grateful for their commitment to customer service. I highly recommend this place.

I needed a motor for my AC. I ordered one from these folks and had to run to another supply house to pick it up. I should have gone 3 days without air conditioning. I don't mind paying a bit more to support local businesses but they charged me over $100 more than Repairclinic.com would have. Buy local? Not here, take a few days and get it shipped in.

Our central air unit went out a few days ago. I went to Aire-Flo to buy a fan motor and the woman I spoke with said it sounded like it might be a bad capacitor. I brought the capacitor in and their test showed that it was weak. I bought a new one then installed it. It was exactly what the issue was. So grateful for the help. $35 compared to $250 or more is huge. I will definitely return if I ever have another issue with our central air system.

Needed a part ordered over the phone. They were very patient and helpful, and called the manufacturer to ensure it was the proper part. Then they ordered it into the warehouse at Will Call. So pleasant to work with! It's possible that I would have received a lower price if I ordered it from the warehouse directly, but I'm not sure about that.

UPDATE 1-21-25: Brian tried to diagnose my issue over the phone, which was not expected but incredibly appreciated. Then Bryant came out and showed me that the entire system is working properly. We believe it's my several years old Nest thermostat not charging. Bryant was courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Every HVAC company should aspire to be like the people at Aire-Flo.

ORIGINAL (2023): Couldn't be happier with my experience at Aire-Flo. Brent tested my old parts, found me new ones, and explained how it all goes back together. He even suggested other things to check if the replacement parts didn't fix the issue. They were also the only ones with my parts in stock. Highly recommend.

I've also had Dan come over and quote new furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and I appreciate his patience.

When another company told me, it would take 3 to 5 days to order in a circuit board, and that my family would be without heat over Christmas unless I wanted to buy a whole new furnace, I started calling around. I was desperate to find the circuitboard I needed. When I called Aire Flo, they immediately went to work tracking down the part while I was in a meeting. When I came out of the meeting I had a text from Jodi telling me they had found the part I needed. It was in stock locally and they were happy to sell me the part if I wanted to do the repair myself! I was more interested in having a professional do it. One of their technicians, Troy, came over that afternoon and installed it. He also found that my gas valve solenoid had failed. He replaced both parts plus labor for $224 less than the other guys quoted me for the circuit board alone!
Fixing the problem was my top priority and they made it theirs, as well. Refreshingly, they did NOT try to sell me a whole new furnace. I feel like I have a friend in the HVAC/ plumbing business now. Someone I can trust. Thanks Aire Flo!
Fast, fair, honest! Saved me a ton of money and gave me peace of mind and a warm and comfortable Christmas.
Aire Flo is now in my personal contacts for future reference.

This is the company that a couple of suppliers use to price gouge you if you don't have an account with them. Part was 25 bucks on Amazon, paid 45 at another local supplier and yet Aire-flo wanted $140 for the same part. Go figure. I understand you need to keep the lights on but this is plain robbery. No thanks!

Thank you Aire-Flo! Part for my 20 year old Rheem was in stock. Price was comparable to online but didn't have to wait for delivery. Friendly folks in the shop, even answered a few of my questions at pick-up. Fixed in a day for $30, no expensive house call needed.
