Kaiyou did a very thorough job of explaining all of our options. We have scheduled another appt. to address some concerns that he pointed out to us. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond. We also signed up on one of your plans. Great job.

Kaiyou was our technician and was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me updates and walked me through what he was doing and presented options to fix our issues. Definitely will be giving our business in the future with this company and hopefully will get Kaiyou back again. Such a great guy!

The installers chose to do some things the fast way rather than the best way and left a fair amount of mess for me to clean up and a system that initially didn't work as described by the salesperson. The installers informed me how some things were completed and treated it as final as opposed to asking me for my opinion or if I was okay with the solution. I should have pushed harder during installation for them to do things differently.

They had to send 3 techs back out on 3 separate days to try to address my concerns about the installation. The first 2 gave me inconsistent and sometimes completely wrong information, and each mentioned that they didn't understand why the previous installers/technicians did things the way they were done, and I believe all agreed that the install was at least a bit sloppy. The last tech they sent finally seemed to be very knowledgeable and was able to address concerns while testing to ensure the system was working in within specifications.

I probably overpaid for what I got. The company did keep trying and follow through on attempting to address my concerns after the installation, I guess I just expected better from the start after seeing such high ratings online. There are still things that bother me about the way things are installed that I wish could be different, but I don't think I'll be able to get them to come out and move/redo since everything "technically" works.

Very impressed with Yes! Utah. I had Sebastian come out and he did an exceptional job. He checked things out, answered all my questions and concerns, and provided some recommendations. We would love to do further business with Yes! Utah. We will be in touch in the next number of months for some follow up work. Thank you!

Kaiyou was great at performing the system tune up and any follow on recommendations. On time courteous and friendly. Even put on shoe covers while in side clean up after work

Kaiyou did a great job with our scheduled HVAC maintainence. He was completely professional at all times, and thorough with both his explanations and my options for keeping my units running out replacing them. He was knowledgeable on specifics and did not engage in high pressure sales tactics, but shared great all-around information.

Kaiyou was tremendously helpful and very thorough on the tune up for both our furnace units. He made some great recommendations based on our situation and I think we're gonna pull the trigger on a new furnace.

Yes! was wonderful. I discovered that my furnace had quit working, after 20+ years, on the evening of Monday and by 5:00 PM Tuesday. I had a new furnace installed. It is the beginning of this cold season, below freezing. I thought I was going to have to endure a cold house for several days. Todd Horne, the project manager, showed up at 9 AM and we discussed furnaces and my needs and gave me a number of options and helped make the decision for the best one. He is very knowledgeable and just a great individual. I’m literally going to go sing in the choir group with him.

Reggie Anderson, the Installer, was at my house by noon with a new furnace, work diligently in installing it in a few hours. He fixed what needed to be done from the previous poor installation. The furnace room looks beautiful now. And my family is warm again.

I’m very happy with Yes! and their 24 hour service and the work they have done on my home. I had another furnace for my rooms upstairs installed in March and I love the Nest thermostats that I had installed. I have no complaints about anything with this outfit. Great price, knowledgeable, employees, and quick service.

Half the power to our house went out. Kayden and Adam were quick to respond. Came out and gave me an accurate assessment of what was going on including calling the power company for me. Professional, transparent and easy to talk to.

Kaiyou was very polite and professional and took the time to understand my concern with my system. He got extra instruction for repairs and I appreciated the time he spent today to come out. I'm a little concerned about why my system is having an issue after only 2 years that is expensive still, even with some parts under warranty, but hope we can figure things out to have a smooth running Lenox system moving forward.

Andre was amazing, he was very kind and straightforward! He tried the minimal cost approach first and went to what it took to solve the problem. I really appreciate his demeanor and how efficiently he worked. If I have to have a drain fixed again I'm calling and asking for Andre!

We had Kaiyou and Christian from YES come out and do a very thorough review/check of our HVAC system. They were very knowledgeable and reviewed any concerns they had for the health of our equipment. Options were presented and recommendations made but no pressure to commit immediately. Would definitely call them again for service or new equipment install needs.

Kayden Hooley came to my home and installed an electrical outlet for a new dishwasher. He was quick, efficient, and thorough. He also checked my panel to make sure it was working correctly.

Chuy Torres replaced the plumbing under my kitchen sink so I could have a new fridge and dishwasher installed. He was friendly and did everything to make sure I was happy and understood what he had done. Excellent work and amazing customer service.

We took advantage of an offer through Lowe’s for a furnace tune up. The entire process from signing up to appointment schedule was quick, easy, and seamless. The technician, Zach Brown, from Yes! was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. He explained the different options for add-on features that I was curious about. And there was zero sales pressure. Highly recommend based on our experience.

We have been satisfied with Yes plumbing and heating. Recent replacement of disposal was smooth and uncomplicated 2 weeks ago. Payment has not cleared the bank yet, however. HVAC tune up is scheduled in April.

Tony Valadez came out to service our Generac generator and did a fantastic job. He got the right parts (had to special order) and was clear about what he did. I especially liked he didn't try to up sale me! I'd highly recommend Yes! Not sure about the other services but with what was done 5 Stars!

I called on a Saturday morning. They had one of their expert professionals show up. The price he gave me was right and within reason. He was very quick and professional. He also helped me enroll in their membership, which was a deal that could not be passed up. Thank you, Chuy Torres.

We recently moved into a new house. Lowes set us up with a promotion for a furnace tuneup, Kaiyou came in and did a thorough inspection of my furnace and checked what year my AC unit was. He explained everything he found and was very transparent with what I may need in the future and what he could do to help. He gave me some general ideas of pricing and how much things may cost. He helped me understand the furnace better. He suggested good products that could help with purifying the air, because I wanted to know if there was something we could do for the house we just moved into. He also let me know they do duct cleaning with a scrub brush vacuum, not just pressured air. He did a great job and I didn't feel like he was pushy at all.

Dave was seriously so awesome! We was so personable right off the bat, and really spent so much detail on explaining what was going on with our HVAC system. He took pictures, gave us many options of how to make our system more efficient and was just sooooo great! I would absolutely recommend these guys for sure! PS Dave’s wealth of knowledge was astounding and I learned so much and what’s even pushy to buy anything. He was great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Kaiyou Turner was very personable. A very nice young man. And explained what he was doing. We Wanted to get a duct cleaning. And we bought an air and purification system and he worked with us to get it down to a reasonable price.
No pressure good salesman as well.

YES electrical and plumbing, sold and installed a Generac back up generator at my home Everyone was great to work with Roger the salesperson took good care of us and their prices were very competitive. Brad and Thomas did the install today. They said it would take four hours and they finished in 3 1/2.. They did excellent work, all of the Work looked very professional. You could tell they were very experienced by the quality of work that they did. They were great to train me afterwards and answer any questions. Yes has great financing options. One was interest free. I work with a lot of contractors and sales people. I was impressed and it takes a lot for a company to impress me!! Yes does an excellent job. This was the office out of Provo, Utah
