Todd was amazing! His technical expertise and skill is above and beyond! No one else was able to fix an older fireplace. I would highly recommend him as his work is outstanding!

I called this place in a bit of a panic as my fireplace suddenly wasn’t working. It had been checked and cleaned and shouldn’t have had any issues. Tyler (Ty) came to the house and was seriously the best! He is overall a great human being but also is a great technician. He kept me involved and showed me what he was doing and went through all the testing with me. He found the issue and we were able to get it fixed. Honestly, I have not had the greatest experience with fireplace techs in the past, but Ty was great. The company’s prices were very fair and comparable and I would for sure use this place again. Ty really went above and beyond for me and my house and I hope we get him every time.

We had struggled with our fireplace from the moment it was installed (an other dealer). We ask Comfort to come out and see if they could determine the issue. The technician happily checked our gas lines, flue, and venting on the roof. He reassembled the fireplace per the factory recommendations and more importantly educated us on troubleshooting techniques.

Tyler was awesome! He was punctual and mindful of his shoes when entering. He replaced the blower and cleaned the entire fireplace down to the glass rocks.

Mark came to our home at the end of what had clearly been a long day for him. Despite this, he was exceptionally kind, efficient, and proficient in resolving our gas issue. He took the time to thoroughly check for any gas leaks, and then went above and beyond by cleaning the glass on our fireplace. Given that we’re renting and the property hadn’t been serviced in quite some time, there was considerable work to be done. Thank you, Mark, for a fantastic job!

Jason arrived on time and quickly figured out the issue with attic furnace and gave me options to address the issue. When he tuned up the furnace in the basement, he made sure the humidity would work properly and fixed a drainage issue. Great service and quality work!

I am very impressed with each aspect of this business. The salesperson was competent and friendly. The installation scheduling was the same. Today was the installation. Again, really competent. Did the work that needed to be done without cutting corners. Also, I compared prices on a couple of other options and Comfort Solutions was a better price. I’m very happy with the whole outcome.

I had a great experience with Comfort Solutions and our technician, Todd. I initially called because we were due for a fall HVAC checkup but we also noticed a malfunction in our gas fireplace. When I called Comfort Solutions (based on a friend’s recommendation) the customer service representative said they have technician who could address both requests in the same call, outstanding!

Todd arrived right on time. He also arrived with his own booties to cover his boots and protect my floors. Two characteristics I look for in tradesmen are arriving on time and respecting my home. Todd already started on a great note. Next, he looked at the fireplace, identified the issue and proposed a solution. I thought he would need to come back another day after ordering parts but he had the needed part in his truck. Wonderful! In no time Todd had our 32 year old fireplace looking and running as good as new.

Finally, Todd performed checkups on both the HVAC systems, confirmed they are running well and gave us a few tips to keep them in top shape.

It can be unsettling finding new tradesmen to work in your home. I am so grateful to have found Comfort Solutions. I look forward to welcoming them back to our home for years to come.

We called after attempting to set an appt with another company multiple times over the last month or so. We thought we'd be spending another Christmas with no working fireplace as our calls kept getting dropped and never returned. Called Comfort Solutions last week and they were able to get us scheduled in just a few days, on Christmas-eve. I don't recall the gentleman's name that we spoke with on the phone, but he was incredibly polite and informative. They later texted to let us know they could start earlier if we wanted to have more time that afternoon to do holiday prep, which we accepted. This would have been a simple-ish repair but we tried to do it ourselves a while back and we lost a part that turned out was working fine. Oops. Alex had to replace that part, then figure out the original problem. He figured out the problem quickly, but the part we needed was just a half size larger than the parts he had stocked on his truck. Thankfully he had a kit with the correct size that he was able to use. Alex got it working within our appt window time slot, while keeping us updated on the process the whole time so we could focus on preparing for our party that evening, and he was also able to do a tune up on a small furnace in our room addition. I can not express how excited and thankful we were that he got it all up and running, cleaned up, and looking snazzy in time for Christmas. 5 stars! We will definitely use this company again. Shane did a fantastic job fixing our fireplace. He showed up on time, communicated clearly, and responded quickly throughout the entire process. The repair was done efficiently and professionally, and everything works perfectly now. It’s refreshing to work with someone so reliable and easy to communicate with. I’m pleased with my new fireplace insert from Comfort Solutions. Juan our installer, did professional work, explained how everything operated and did a great job cleaning up on the way out.
I toured their store in Sandy to get a feel for what I wanted. I liked the Napoleon fireplace insert we chose for the look of the flames and the fact that the blower seemed quieter than some other brands we checked out.
I worked with Aaron for the estimate and follow up, I appreciated that he answered my questions and had a lot of technical knowledge and familiarity with configuration options.

Tyler with Comfort Air Solutions was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my fireplace, explained exactly what went wrong in a clear and straightforward way, and walked me through how to prevent it from happening again with proper maintenance.

He showed up on time, was easy to work with, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely great guy to deal with.

I am a repeat customer, and I really like the checkups that they offer. Dylan was my technician today, and he did an outstanding job explaining everything going on with my furnaces. My previous technician was Anthony, but he is now a manager in the company. It is great that they have such good people working for them. The other thing worth mentioning is that they do very good work for a fair and reasonable price. I would recommend North Star and Technician Dylan to my family and friends.
