Just like all Heating and Air Conditioner service providers, they are no different than the rest, offer to replace the full furnace first and then charge an increadibly expensive repair fees for almost NO work! The genuine parts was for sale on Home Depot for 96.90 and took less than 15 min to install but still charged me almost 1K, when I asked their technician, he said there is a lot of corporate overhead but still 90% adder to the part cost for a super simple repair and installation, in hind sight, should of paid the 49.00 diagnostic fee and repaired it myself since it was only 4 mounting screws, transfer a air tube and 2 electrical connections, so exhobnant service fees!! Or even Amazon would of been 85% less to do it myself that requires no technical experience!

John Dennison is our hero. He explained what options we had for replacing our heater and air-conditioning units, and really went above and beyond to make a price plan that we could afford. He was personable and compassionate to our situation. We’ve never worked with anyone on home improvement who was as kind as John was.
The guys that came to our house the next day to install everything were friendly and professional as well. Everything seems to be working well with the heater a month later, so I’ve given it time before reviewing YES! to make sure everything worked. Now I can say that I would highly recommend this local Utah company to anybody needing HVAC work done.

We had our water heater actually blow a hole internally and had water spraying out of the top of it in the middle of the night and ended up having a little flooding in our basement. The next morning, called and they had an opening for the afternoon and Logan showed up and was very informative about the issue and what it would take to replace since it wasn't a fixable issue. He was extremely professional and very personable and then was fast and efficient with the replacement. Amazing service from the initial phone call to the final inspection of our new water heater. Thanks Logan for giving us hot water in less than 12 hours from us having a completely useless water heater.

I have to say that the team of people from (YES) Heating&Air&Plumbing&Elecrical were so easy and pleasant to talk with and were so good in explaining and presenting information on the condition of my old furnace and air conditioning that I had installed close to 20 years ago. They showed pictures of its internal condition and problems that existed internally, that you cannot see when you open it up. They presented multiple replacement units and all the pricing in a non aggressive way and made me feel confident that I was being treated honestly. All the technicians from the gentleman from Home Depot to the one that inspected and those that installed my new system were professional and did their specific jobs extremely well. I give them all a

I had two gas fireplaces that needed cleaning and some repair to get started this year. Comfort Solutions really came through for me. I expected that they would be able to get the fireplaces working again but they really when beyond my expectations and got them looking like new as well as working again.

The repair service on my fireplace was excellent. The technician was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable about the product. They answered all my questions and did a walkthrough of the controls and app. It was a great experience working with them.

Logan was fantastic! My Nest thermostat wasn’t operating correctly and he was able to figure out the problem and then get it repaired quickly. I really appreciate the effort he put into figuring out what exactly the issue was so it was able to function like it’s supposed to.

Finn was very professional and friendly. He let us know every step of the way what was needed and how he was going to fix the problem. He also let us know about company specials that were going on. We feel very comfortable about the work that was performed

The three technicians that came out to install the fireplace
were professional and courteous. Tarps were place on floor so no soot could get on the floor. Fireplace was install carefully old fireplace was removed. The techs cleaned meticulously no left over garbage left behind. Excellent service I would recommend .

Daren was great! He cleaned the fireplace up beautifully, maintained the furnace and even made it easier for me to get my filter in and out! Comfort solutions also took care of our air conditioning this summer, we have been happy with all our services!
