We had a tankless heater install and a bunch of repiping older smaller pipes. Beautiful work. Seth is a plumber-artist with meticulous attention to detail and a thoughtful approach. An absolute master of his craft! I'm so glad we found bumblebee. Thanks to Virgil also for working on a tough clean out, and Natalie and Zach for great communication and explanations.

So it's been a week or two, and I am still very happy with everything! I had originally called because the water heater was making weird noise, not an emergency. Zach still showed up the next day, found the water pressure was really high, my house regulator had failed, and I had several pipes nearing failure too. He had his team out within two days, Natalie made scheduling and managing change orders a breeze via text, we got very helpful notifications the day of from their CRM, and Virgil and Seth took the time to do everything properly. I'm entirely happy with Bumble Bee!
