He also diagnosed the underlying problem of too much pressure on my system due to a blown pressure reducing valve and replaced that, too. Thanks, Zach.

Had a clogged kitchen sink with some Galvanized pipe being the culprit. Bumble Bee plumbing was prompt, got to the issue fast and made a simple suggestion for a solution. Plumber was knowledgeable and nice, though $750 for a job that took 5 hours including the trip to the supply store felt a bit steep. He did offer a $300 option just to get the clog so I did have that cheaper option. Next time might try to shop around a bit more or do it myself as I think the job could have been done more affordably. That said problem was resolved in a timely manner, he gave me some free feedback on some incoming plumbing work I did, and the finished work looks great. Good work when you’re under the gun but could’ve been 5 stars if it had been $250 cheaper.

I had the best experience with Bumble Bee Plumbing! Zach, the owner, came out personally, looked at the job, and knew exactly what needed to be done. He got everything taken care of the same day—and in no time at all. I won’t be calling anyone else, and honestly, neither should you!

Needed a water heater inspection and flush. Zach thoroughly explained the current state and what changes may be needed in future. I also appreciate they have the tools in place to ensure ease of communication and payment. I am pleased with service and happy to support a local tradesman that is not part of the private equity monopolies.

My experience with the team at Bumble Bee Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. They answered my call first attempt, got me scheduled quickly, were awesome at sending notices to confirm the appointment and confirmed as they were headed my way the day of. We worked together to replicate my leaking issue and although water coming through the ceiling was concerning and had me planning on an expensive fix, the fix was simple and Zach didn't portray it to be anything other than that. Honest, quick and solid work, and charged me fairly for just that. I love working with local contractors but they must be honest and do high quality work. Zach, Virgil & Seth all did an excellent job for our plumbing needs. Not only are we new homeowners, but our house is a century home (Which comes with all the quirks of an 100+ yr old home). They gave us multiple options for the work, and were stellar communicators (shout out to Natalie!) We had the team install a water softener, fix 2 shower valves, fix a flooding problem with the P trap connected to our washer, and install a floor drain into our foundation. I’m really happy with the choices we made, as they did great job resolving all of our concerns. Thanks again to the team, we’ll be in touch with any future plumbing needs!

Zack and his team are honest and reliable! Wonderful communication and lightning bolt fast responses. If you live in SLC and have HomeServe ( & maybe I shouldn't mention this in a review ) but Zack told me to check with my homeowners to see if they offered water line coverage AND THEY DO! No extra cost. Besides being the best team they just saved us over $300 a year in extra coverage we don't need.

Zach was super friendly and upfront about my bathtub drain clog! The whole issue was fixed really fast. I will definitely use BumbleBee again if we have other plumbing problems. Thank you!

Shower mixing valve replaced requiring cutting the tile for greater access. Great communication, professional, showed up on time. Job was completed in the time estimated. Everything was kept clean and protected from damage. Would definitely use again.
