Work done quickly. The two men that showed up were very professional & knowledgeable. Explained everything to me. Cleaned up after they were completed with the project. Was very happy to have my main shut off valve moved from the cellar where I didn’t even know it was there if not for the previous rep that came over to give me the estimate.

Trent did a good job with draining my sink and garbage disposer. Gave us a tip when using the disposer. He was nice and not intimmidating. The receptionisr was pleasant on the phone as well. 💯 recommend.

Neighborly Plumbing and specifically Matt are amazing. I found flooding in my basement from my water softener, and Matt was at my house at 8 am on a Sunday morning to investigate the source of the water. He explained everything to me, what needed to be done to correct the problem and was very thorough and helpful. I will definitely use them again and refer to my family and friends!

Matt and his team came through and replaced all the galvanized piping in my home. Fixed outdoor nozzles for the hoses. They were very professional. Great work experience very nice guys. Treated us like family I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great honest plumber, and can get the job done, right… thank you for all the hard work you did…..

I needed my old galvanized pipes replaced with PEX. After multiple bids I choose to go with Neighborly Plumbing. Along with new pipes I had two sections of cast iron drains replaced, the fun ones for both bathrooms. Neighborly plumbing had the best bid. I choose them because I sensed trust in them. So glad I did! From scheduling to end of job it went flawless. Very professional and down to earth team. Nothing "pushy" with these guys and they care about their workmanship. Good quality, good people and exceptional service. Can't get any better! Sticking with this company.

I've been so impressed with the Neighborly crew, from their availability and communications to their skills and suggestions--and especially with their attitude of doing everything just right. They re-plumbed a 1958 rambler for me, adding gas lines, replacing galvanized and cast iron pipes, even cutting through thick concrete to add a new basement bath. They show up when they say they will and work efficiently and nearly tirelessly. Jayson, Matt, Travis, Trent: thank you so much for all your hard work.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber. I have worked with several subcontractors over the years and this company has been one of the best! They arrive on time with timely updates of their arrival, everyone is friendly and easy to talk to and work with, and best of all they leave the worksite CLEAN when they leave. Trent showed up on time again (not my usual experience with other companies). He brought with him another qualified plumber to assist in the project. They were in and out in under 2 hours, half the time quoted me. No fuss, mess or unexpected problems. I plan on bringing them back for a bath project in the fall. Oh, and they played nicely with my dog which was a huge plus. Nice job guys.

Had a small gas issue from my range line and called a few companies to give me a quote. Not only did Neighborly Plumbing & Services give the best price, the service was top notch. Trent was great to work with! He arrived at the beginning of out appointment window and he quickly diagnosed our issue. While he worked I asked him several plumbing questions about my home. He answered all of my questions and gave me options of how to address each issue ranging from a bandaid fix to a rebuild and all options in-between. He didn't try to sell me anything. I will definitely call Neighborly again.
