The communication in setting up the appointment was very efficient and although a customer emergency caused Jeff to be a little late, they kept me posted along the way. Jeff was polite, explained what would need to be done to accomplish my project and sent me a quote very quickly.

I’m a big fan of Pando. Chris always responds right away, and Jeff does excellent work. I recently had my kitchen retiling interrupted by a mystery leak, and Jeff was out right away to diagnose and fix the problem.

Jeff came out and was even earlier than scheduled time. I had a leak coming from my upstairs shower through the ceiling into my kitchen downstairs. I was expecting a huge project that involved cutting out ceiling in kitchen to get to pipes. Jeff went to my shower/tub upstairs and discovered a loose fitting on the drain assembly. He fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me! Awesome

We called Pando on a Friday evening when we realized our water heater was leaking and not working. They had a plumber here by 8:00 the next morning and we had a new tankless water heater up and running by about noon.

Jeff was straightforward and helpful, as well as being pleasant and professional. He and Kyle were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use the in the future for our plumbing needs.

Oh my gosh! Kyle, Austin, and Chris, were wonderful! I chose Pando because they are local and because I love the name from our Utah Aspen grove! It was a great decision. They arrived early the next morning and cleared my garbage disposal in 15 min. They were amazingly generous with their time and effort. The next time I need help, I’ll call them right away. This establishment is highly recommended!

We have recently started using Pando Plumbing and will not be using anyone else, let me tell you why. Not only are the quick to respond, schedule and show up, they are very informative about what the problem is , what needs to be done to solve the issue, and what to expect after the work is completed. They are very knowledgeable as well as professional.
