Awesome experience from scheduling to the actual service. Technicians were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. Pricing was competitive and beat out the “big box shops.” I would absolutely recommend Pando Plumbing and will be calling them again the next time I need service.

We have used Pando for several plumbing issues at our house. They repaired a broken seal on our toilet, a clogged drain that was causing our downstairs sink to flood, and identified a major leak in our main sewage stack.

Pando responded quickly and professionally on each occasion and provided very fair pricing. Jeff, Miller, and Austin were all great to work with.

I will definitely be using them as our go to plumbers when I’m in pinch going forward.

I would 100% recommend Pando Plumbing! I was nervous about how my autistic son would react to all the noise and having strangers in the house, but the technicians, Austin and Kyle were so considerate and kind to him. They would let him know when they were going to be doing particularly loud parts of the job and invited him to see what they were doing and ask questions. I also appreciated their down to earth attitude and clear explanations of what they were doing and why. In the past I've worked with plumbers who made me feel condescended to if I asked questions or just seemed like they were in a rush and needed to get the next job asap. I will definitely be using Pando Plumbing again in the future.

Over night our water main burst. We needed someone to come out ASAP, but all the other “24 hour” services either didn’t answer or couldn’t come until the middle of the day.

Jeff said if a house is flooding, they find a way to get there. He showed up quick, helped us get things sorted until we could get things fixed.

Pando replaced a water pressure valve and did a fantastic job. In addition they took the time to make the dry wall repair a lot easier for me. I will definitely be using their services again.

Pando for the win again!
My pressure reducing valve was bad which caused a loud hum noise. The pressure had spiked over 100psi.
Jeff explained the process, he was quick and clean and the noise is no longer present.
Hopefully I won’t have to call Pando again anytime soon because they’ve rescued me 3 times this year for other plumbing issues with my aging home.
