I had such a great experience with this store’s team. I stopped in right before closing, and even though the staff on duty weren’t sure they had exactly what I needed, they took the time to write down my information and pass it along to someone who might be able to help.

The very next morning, Rebecca Roberts called to get more details. I emailed her a few photos, and she responded immediately and got right to work. She quickly tracked down the item for me, and I was so appreciative of her effort and follow-through.

My request could have easily been overlooked, especially since I came in at closing time, but instead I received a great response. Thank you so much, Rebecca, for going above and beyond!

I got there at 3:40pm and was one of three customers waiting for help. There had to be 10-12 employees milling around, or sitting on their phones, until finally one of them suggested I go to the other customer service counter. There I was helped by a woman who processed my exchange, then explained I needed to go to the adjacent building to pick up my new item.
There I was helped quickly but it took about ten minutes to come back without my part. She told me I had to go back to the original counter for help. So I waited again and got helped by a young man who somehow needed to call the accounting department to process my now requested refund. In the end it took 40 minutes to get nothing but a refund. I’m sure they can do better.

Great folks with GOBS of solid advice about tubs, sinks, you name it. Super helpful and super friendly. WILL continue to buy from Standard!

I called for a leaking issue and they came pretty quick and were able to fix the leak quickly. The plumber was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. It was also well priced.
