Will and the team from Rocky Mountain Plumbing & Remodel did a great job replacing our old water heater with a new one. They got us on the schedule quickly and finished the job in just a few hours. The workmanship, cleanup, and maintenance discussion were great. The company owner even came quickly that evening and remedied a gas odor and small leak.

We have had massive issues with the plumbing in our new construction home in Bluffdale, rocky mountain plumbing has saved us from some major emergencies. Vijay and his team have repaired faulty plumbing in the foundation of our home that was causing raw sewage to back up into the tub and utility closet. Michael drove all around town to find a specific part for our water heater to get it working on the same day of issue.

We dealt with a nightmare home insurance claim and Rocky Mountain did everything possible to facilitate a solution. When the dust settled they were on site and did an immediate, professional install of a very complex waterheater in a small crowded space. Will was friendly, hardworking and professional. Bravo Rocky Mountain plumbing and remodel.

CJ was quick and was willing to explain answers to our questions and gave advice for maintenance/prolonging the life of the unit.

your technician arrived yesterday 7/10/25 as scheduled. took a very quick look at the issue and got online with american home shield to do the work thru insurance policy. he came back and said that the claim was denied but he would replace seats on faucets to stop leak for $325 I declined and he left I called AHS and they said that he said that access to fix issue was unavailable this is not correct and I also contacted Price Phister and they confirmed that the model faucets that I have do not use seats. This leaves me to wonder what kind of service that is.

I live in a 1910 home in Spring City, Utah. There was a water leak by my picket fence. It was the water main.. When the city came to fix it, we discovered not only was it on their side but also on mine. Corroded metal pipes were in terrible condition.
So, I started calling plumbers and excavators in Sanpete County. No one was available nor would be for weeks. I had been given a name up North, but no contact information.
In googling it I called Rocky Mountain zplumbing and Remodeling in error.
I was advised by the owner Vijay, they didn't service this area. However, if I couldn't find anyone, he'd come and look at it personally.
Long story short, he gave me checked out everything, and where others had said my big maple tree, picket fence, stone patio and garden would all have to be torn up along the entire side of my home, Vijay and Clyde said the could reroute the pipe, saving the tree and only disturbing the stone walk.
On Monday equipment and a whole crew of men showed up..carefully and quickly removed some of the front fence and repaired and replaced everything.
The rains came and Vijay and several of his men stayed working in the downpour.

These folks went up and beyond my expectations. Even putting my fence back together.
The value was well worth the price. As I am old and alone, it would be easy to overcharge me.
I feel Vijay treated me as he would his own mother.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They are based in Lehi.

We discovered a water leak in our basement late Friday evening due to our main waterline failing. Waited for one company to finally arrive at midnight, came charged us $150 to just turn off our water and said nothing could be done until at least Monday. Frantically kept calling businesses on Saturday morning and found Rocky Mountain Plumbing. The owner showed up quickly, felt confident he could fix the problem without tearing up a large amount of our landscaping. By 6 pm on Saturday, we had water and our landscaping had been put back. The team of employees were kind and respectful. I would highly recommend this company for any of your needs. Fair and honest pricing. Guaranteed their work for 1 year.

A technician came out and spent maybe five minutes diagnosing my issue and told me that I would need to have an AC duct removed to create access for the repair. I wanted a second opinion and called another company and they were able to complete the work without any issues. They did not have to remove the HVAC duct and didn't turn me away or give me the run around and instead fixed it the same day.

Pretty disappointing as I spoke to a plumber and the plumbing manager at this organization and neither wanted to accept the job for some reason. I gave this feedback to their team after the repair was completed and did not get a response back or any attempt to make it right. I wasn't given any options for the repair and will not recommend Rocky Mountain Plumbing to others.

The two guys who came to replace our 75 gallon water heater explained our water system to us very clearly, which helped us decide what to do with our water softener issue…. They replaced the big water heater quickly and cleaned up very efficiently as well as were very respectful and knowledgeable! Thanks guys!

Our kitchen sink was clogged on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone first thing Monday morning come and fix it for us! They were professional, prompt, clean, and knowledgeable, and SO easy to communicate with. We will absolutely use them again the next time we have plumbing problems!

CJ came and helped me this morning and he was amazing !! He was super helpful at explaining things to me and made sure that everything was installed correctly. My kitchen sink now works and so does my dishwasher so I can do my dishes again!

Vijay and Kyle came on a Saturday afternoon to fix our toilet after another plumber didn’t do a good job. They worked so hard and were very polite. Thankfully they got the object out of the toilet and the toilet is working like it’s brand new! They were very experienced and knew what they were doing!

I had a main line water leak that was repaired by this company. They were good to start work quickly but left my yard a mess! The rocks that they dug up were left all over the lawn and there was a trail of dirt where they dug and the grass was not replaced. They did not secure the water line coming into the house where the shut off valve is, which is not to code. The water pressure is now so bad that upstairs toilets do not flush all the way unless you hold the handle down for the water to clear. I have called and left numerous messages to get a copy of the invoice sent to me for taxes and have yet to receive one. $5500.00 later with a sub par job and no invoice, I would give them 0 stars. Very unprofessional!

Fixed the problem we had going on was very quick answered all the questions and then inspected the rest of the plumbing around the house to make sure we weren’t having any other problems 100% recommend
