This group was professional and friendly from the start. Our upstairs A/C unit was not working due to some damage sustained over the crazy winter. Their bid was the lowest of the three we got and everyone I interacted with was just super friendly. And to top it all off, our A/C is working great again. They ticked all the boxes for me: friendly, capable, and competitive pricing.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring this plumbing company for some home repairs, and I must say, the service provided by Ryan was exceptional. His expertise and professionalism stood out as he efficiently worked through the plumbing issues. I had an urgent repair need and sent out a request for quotes on Yelp on a Sunday eve. Hot and Soft Home Services responded very quickly and was out to my property the next day to make the repair. They were highly communicative, thorough and professional. I will definitely use them again for similar needs in the future.

Their technician ran through everything before giving me a quote and explained my options with a price breakdown. He had to run & get a few things, but three different plumbing issues around the house were fixed in just like two hours, I thought it was going to take more than one visit, so I was extra happy with the speedy service. The technician left the work areas very clean and I will totally be using these guys again for our upcoming electrical upgrades I have planned (and any other plumbing projects we come up with)

I called them on a Monday because my A/C went out in the hottest week of the year. They came out the next day and gave me recommendations. I needed to replace my whole unit. They were incredibly professional and fast. They had me up and running in no time and even showed me the cost difference between the units and the efficiency rating. Great company and the communication was outstanding. I can't recommend them enough.

These guys are incredible! Got me in for a quote/estimate the day after initial contact and then after a day or two of contemplating and finally deciding on them, they got me in at their earliest slot. The copper lining of my outdoor spigot just have had some water in it over the winter, subsequently froze, and caused a major crack in the pipe. This spigot just so happens to be the only one available for my swamp cooler to connect to. Being without any sort of AC for any period of time during the Utah summer is a bad time, so I am glad Hot and Soft were able to finish this up quick.
Shoe covers, on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. All as could ever ask for when it comes to anyone in the trades, but especially someone repairing stuff on my home.
Their prices are fair, and the repair itself was done in less than an hour.
I would definitely recommend this team and any of their techs. Will be using them in the future as well.

Jamie and her team were fantastic and really exceeded our expectations. We had an urgent need and she and her team responded right away. We were repaired in a day. The guys were on time and respectful of the property. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome experience working w this company. They responded within 10 min on Yelp w quote and very accommodating in scheduling around my toddlers naps. The service guy was prompt, patient w the curious children, explained the problem simply and offered me 3 very honest solutions, including showing me how I could make one of the repairs myself. Not only does this company have amazing reviews and referrals, they also have amazing guys working for them. Jay seen I was broke down on the side of the road and changed my tire for me. When I offered to give him some money all he said he wanted was a review for the company he was working for. Coming from a business owner myself, that shows me how much pride the men have for this company he works for. He even explained a lot on water quality. I will definitely be using these guys for all my home fixes in the future. Thanks again!

We hired Hot and Soft Services to replace the boiler heating system in our home. They showed up when they said they would. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and they did it for the price they quoted us. They were clean, pleasant to be around, worked hard, stayed late to finish the job and took pride in their work. Good, honest hard-working people who really know their stuff. Super impressed. If I could give them a 10, I would.

We had a super experience with Tyler and Daniel completing a bathroom sink and faucet replacement for us. Very professional, courteous, and provided an installation that looks excellent. They were very clean and quiet during their work and left the area clean. I highly recommend!

I was very impressed with Daniel, an employee of Alpine Home Experts. He answered all my questions and took time to explain the condition of my Furnace. He checked every working part of my furnace and was very thorough. I am not needing a new furnace at this time, however, when I do require one, I feel confident I would like to have Alpine Home Experts give me a bid. Daniel went over the top, he was a very pleasant man and represented his company well.

Called Hot and Soft for a shower issue as we saw them mentioned by someone in a review for a different company. Jamie was extremely helpful, flexible, and accommodating on the phone with me. As a landlord of multiple properties I am limited in time and ability to meet people for every issue at every property. She was very flexible and reasonable able to get me a ballpark estimate based on the info I had and work with me around my specific issues. She was very prompt, had availability that day to send someone out and I just got a good vibe from her which reflects well on the company. I did not end up going with them as their estimate was very close to our normal plumber we use, so decided to stick to him. I did not have our work done by them but I feel they are definitely worth hiring. Very reasonable and responsive willing to work around your specific needs for convenience. I feel bad not using them as they were very great to work with!

Came out the same day I called. They assessed my plumbing issue and were very creative in solving the issue to make sure I paid the least for the fix. Really professional guys that came out. Will 💯 use again.

Tyler and Alpine were fantastic, extremely clean (left our basement more organized than they came into), and were very consultative and helpful when it came to making boiler decisions. Another plumbing company had recommended replacing some parts that didn’t work and left us without heat or hot water for 14 days. Alpine and team got out here quickly and got everything up and running in two days and for a third of what the other company had quoted

Daniel and Hayden worked tirelessly to install my replacement central air / furnace system. They were so kind, explaining everything I could ever want to know, reassuring me of the mechanics of the system while communicating their immense knowledge and pride in their work. I couldn't possibly be happier with any other company. It's their service technicians who absolutely make the experience terrific 😀

Great experience, Daniel and Jay were awesome! Quick response time, offered an appointment same day, we opted for the next day. So nice, very honest, fixed our problem in no time. Will definitely be using their services in the future.
Update: we’ve used this company for a couple years now for various things, new furnace, sewer line repair, plumbing, AC, we’ve had great experiences everytime. Tyler is awesome, he’s been around the whole time, always so nice, always willing to answer any questions, I always know things will get taken care of when he shows up at my door.

We are having problems with our AC cooling the upper floor of our home. The cold air did not reach the upper floor with sufficient volume. Tyler determined that the dampeners were not functioning properly so we installed new ones today. The next issue Tyler found after replacing the dampeners is that the control board is not reading the information from the thermostat. Tyler thought this might be a problem since the board is 20 years old. We elected not to spend the added $800 on the chance that the board might be working.
We appreciate Tyler explaining the repair process to us. The upper floor is currently holding at 74 degrees with a fixed dampener setting. This will improve when the new board is installed. We appreciate Tyler’s help to solve a problem we have been dealing with for the past 2 summers.
