Chandler and Parker were on time, charming and professional. I had a problem I self diagnosed. They wanted to see my whole system and found a major problem/leak I wouldn’t know about because it was in a crawl space. When they said that my heart sunk. My original quote stayed the same and I’m so thankful for Rare Breed, their honest quotes and on time delivery. I’m actually leaving town tomorrow so this was everything! Happy New Year Rare Breed! Hope you keep these guys forever because I am going to recommend my friends ask for them personally.

Very professional and answered our questions. Was very informative. We have 4 different projects for them to work on. Picture is 1 out of 4 that will get replaced. Will post completed projects.

Chad Hedden was quick and amazing! Had a real estate deal where we needed to get a plumber out for an inspection ASAP. Rare Breed was able to get Chad out the same night I called for an inspection. They also delivered an expedited quote and repaired the items quickly once we confirmed. Thanks for helping us out!

Derrick did an awesome job with our plumbing inspection. He was efficient, informative, and friendly. He identified the areas in my home that were in need of attention, but didn’t try to upsell or recommend things that weren’t necessary. I appreciated his honesty and expertise.

We hired Rare Breed Plumbing to re-do the plumbing in our entire house when we purchased it last year. They did an excellent job with the replacement. We were not in town for the entire job and my MIL visited the house once every morning, yet the quality of work was solid. They also installed a Nuvo water filter/softner, another job well done. We worked with Damian Chavez. Damian was always prompt in responding to our messages and provided constant progress pictures. He even helped us find a guy to do the drywall repair for all the holes they needed to make around the house. He's been great help to us a couple other times after the job as well.

It's been a year and a half since the job and so far everything is working really well.

Rare Breed - specifically Isaac was amazing! I had an issue with my water softener and he was able to get it fixed in no time! He was very knowledgable and knew exactly what to do. I'd highly recommend going with Rare Breed if you get an opportunity!

Dom Hartford did an amazing job today with my kitchen sink! It clogged really badly and he came in he was so friendly! He checked the issue and walk me through very educational and helpful. Very happy with the service. A bonus he loves my huskies! Absolutely recommend this company!

My wife and I have relied on Rare breed a few times now and their over all service has been amazing.

Their staff (Daniel, Miguel, Thor amoung others) listen to the wants of the customer and explain in layman's terms the best solutions in their opinion, while keeping budget in mind.

The work they have already done on our faucets, water heater and softener look amazing and is functioning perfectly.

I 100% highly recommend them and appreciate the lengths they go to in the services and advice they offer.

Rare Breed plumbing has done multiple jobs for me and always has been the most consistent on communication, care, and price. They did a sewer liner for me a month ago and accommodated some really complicated situations, but got the work done early. The front desk gal is always incredibly kind. And Dan answers questions in a very informative way. I love Rare Breed Plumbing.

This is the third time I have used Rare Breed. Their technicians have been polite, knowledgeable and work diligently until they get the job done. Always do a very thorough job of cleaning up everything before they go. If you need a plumber, they do a great job. Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job for us.

Rare Breed is great! Had some mediocre plumbing done by another company and Rare Breed offered to come inspect it for free. Chandler spent almost an hour doing a very thorough inspection and explained all of his recommendations in great detail. He was great! Their customer service is awesome and I'm excited to use them going forward!

Rare Breed Plumbing, Heating & AC actually purchased the plumbing company that installed our sump pump. We had concerns regarding the sump pump, and Chandler answered all of my questions assuring me that it was functioning properly. No cost for the service which is “rare” these days. Very much appreciated the quality service.

Ashton did a really quick and through job with replacing my kitchen faucet. Rare breed has been a great place for all my plumbing situations that have come up over the last 3 years. I highly recommend!!

Greg was amazing! I had a bathroom leak that turned into a bathroom remodel. He advised me on replacing plumbing from 1973 so we didn’t have further issues and I had him install the tub, toilet and faucets and he always did very quality work. And he was able to fit me in during the remodel schedule. Really appreciate his level of service and professionalism.

Isaac & Collin arrived on time. When I opened the door, they were courteous and stood back a few feet before being invited in. The put on shoe cover before entering my home. They confirmed what our appointment was for (yearly water heater flush and whole home plumbing inspection), and then I showed them to the laundry room where the water heater is located.

Isaac was training Collin on the processes for this type of visit. I got the pleasure of over hearing him patiently explaining the next step, things to look out for, and encouraging Collin as they went along. They drained my water heater and then went around inspecting each shutoff valve in my home to confirm it is working. They found 2 that wouldn't shut off and they notified me about what that means. These gentlemen were very polite throughout the visit.

I'm on the Herd Membership, and visits like today reaffirm the reasons why. Trustworthy, respectful service is so important and difficult to find.
