Upfront was on time and communication was great. They fixed and assessed the issue without having to come back at a later time which was what we were looking for. They gave extra helpful tips for keeping the drains clean and clear. Would recommend and use their services again!

I got quotes from over six companies to install a hot water circulator pump and was genuinely surprised by how much prices have gone up in recent years. Upfront Plumbing still came in with one of the most affordable estimates, and they did great work. Trent gave me the quote and did the install himself. He was easygoing, not pushy, and got everything done fast and professionally. Communication from the company was great. No issues at all. Glad to have a reliable plumber I can call for any future plumbing needs!

We're so happy that we with with Upfront! We had received another assessment from a Heating and Air company and they insisted we get a brand new furnace (when ours was only six years old!) Jakob instantly saw what the problem was and had our heat up and running again with a few replacement parts which will give us another several years with our current furnace. We had a clogged drain in our kitchen. Upfront Plumbing had an opening sooner than what I scheduled which was very convenient. Jose was the technician sent to us. Update: 9/12/25: We selected Upfront again to install a new dual fuel heat pump (HVAC) system. The team displayed exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. Communication was frequent, clear, and concise, and the craftsmanship was of high quality.

Rocky and Matt did a really good job. They came on time and were professionally dressed. They completed the job on time, even though they had to stay late one of the days. They answered all of our questions. They took all of our concerns seriously. They showed us everything they were doing along the way. They worked hard to do things up to code, the correct way, unlike previous companies we've used. They had to work with our old house, including minimal space and uneven floors. Pricing was competitive. Upfront plumbing has permanently earned our business.

Upfront was right on time and gave a great price quote. Despite my thankless water heater being in an awkward spot to get to, they got right to work without a complaint. They even did a little extra cleaning of faucets with no extra charge. They charged the original quote which is rare these days. They did the work quickly and professionally, not waisting any time. My experience with Upfront was excellent. They were quick to respond with our request for an estimate on a somewhat tricky problem. The technician showed up on time and gave us a reasonable bid right away. We got another bid from another company. That company, which has trucks all over town, showed up late for the intial appointment and we had to pester them to get the bid days afterward. And..the bid was three times what Upfront proposed. We went with Upfront. We we're able to book an appointment right away, the crew that showed up was competent and friendly and, even though the bid did not include drywall repair, the techs at least carefully replaced the sections they removed to run our dryer vent and didn't just leave gaping holes. Anyway, from initial contact to final payment, Upfront was fast, helpful and easy to work with.

I've been working with Upfront Plumbing for plumbing projects at my house since Sept 2025. They are awesome. They answer the phone, communicate really well also through text and email, have an actual physical address (many plumbing cos don't), and provide excellent plumbing services.

This last visit Trent came out and solved the problems I had with the dishwasher not starting. He replaced the leaking water hose under the dishwasher. He also put in new shut-off valves under the sink, and fixed my faucet. Their prices are also very reasonable for the great services you get.

What a great company! Josh was out there within the hour and had the problem resolved quickly . They were courteous, friendly, customer oriented, and very fair in their pricing. They did not try to upsell, which is appreciated.

He explained my opitions but didn't try and fear sell me on anything.He quickly fixed the issue and gave us some sound advice without for what we can do in the future. I had a gas leak coming from my water heater, so the gas company had to shut it off and flag it. Out of the four companies I had come look at it Upfront was the only one that took the time to try and fix the problem instead of jumping immediately into selling me a new unit. They got my hot water running so I wouldn't have to feel pressured into buying new equipment right away.

I did end up replacing my HVAC system and water heater the same week (because it was old and on my mind and when you find a good company, why not?). They took measures to keep my home as clean as possible during installation and were quick and efficient. Every employee I encountered was kind, professional, and dare I say it......upfront. They were forthright with pricing, equipment recommendations (didn't try to upsell me) and timing estimates. I really appreciated their honesty.

Upfront is now on my short list of companies I will recommend to anyone in the area!

Mike is such a great plumber! We got some leaked around the water heater and he fixed fast and affordable. Other plumber quote me for thousand but they did it for fraction of the price. Highly recommended and very professional. Would definitely hire them again!

Our boiler wasn’t heating the second level of our home. Zac did an amazing job figuring out the problem - going over and beyond by coming by a few times to be sure what the issue was. They worked quickly and efficiently keeping us informed along the way. Excellent customer service! Would HIGHLY recommend.

I'm not a customer, yet. My daughter started smelling gas in her home. She called the gas company for an emergency visit. They determined the leak was coming from her water heater. The gas company turned the gas to the water heater off and advised her to call a plumber to get it fixed or replaced. She called several - she's very meticulous. She received quotes from $200 with a two week wait for parts all the way up to $10,000 for a tankless system she doesn't need.

Not one of the plumbing/HVAC companies gave her any real advice beyond trying to sell or upsell her their products and services. One of the companies she called even charged her to come out and just look at it.

Today, UpFont came in, fixed the issue quickly so she could have hot water - no charge, advised her to replace the old unit - no pressure, and gave her a fair quote.

I'm so grateful for how they treated my daughter with respect and kindness.

I'm guessing they just earned her business in the near future. They have also earned my business for whenever I need their services.

We had a fantastic experience with Upfront Heating and Air! They were incredibly fast in getting someone out to assess our needs, and their price estimate was very competitive—beating some of the bigger companies by a long shot.

Fernando, the technician, was highly professional and thorough. He came out to give an estimate, but because the price I said yes and he was able to clean out all the post-construction dust from our furnace and perform all the necessary checks on the spot. His attention to detail and efficiency were greatly appreciated.
