I wish every service I called upon was this way. Connect home service has a real professional and I hope they pay him well.
On another note, I will definitely recommend Connect home services to others that may need professional electrical work.
Thank you.

Kayden was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Although we are not in a position to purchase a water softener right now, I am looking forward to having him help us as soon as we are financially able. I would highly recommend Plumber On Csll to anyone.

Malik is the man! Phenomenal customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism. I had some mini-splits that were dead, and a furnace humidifier unit that hasn't worked for years. Malik came out and diagnosed the problems quickly, fixing the mini-splits on the same day, and clearly articulating that the humidifier needed some parts to be ordered. Once the parts came in, the team reached out to me quickly to set up a follow-up appointment.

The day after the humidifier was fixed, it sprang a leak. Malik was back in about an hour to help diagnose it. It turns out the leak was unrelated to the work Malik had done, but he still helped diagnose and fix it.

The only downside with Connect is that if you reply to some of the emails they send out, they go to a dead address. As someone who prefers email communication, this was a pain, but should be an easy IT fix. Other than that, tops across the board.

Josh did a fantastic job installing our EV charger. He was quick, efficient, and professional. He also made sure we got our charger installed as soon as possible. Great customer service!

Connect Home Service helped our family when we were needing assistance with a sparking outlet. The company sent a technician the same day we called them looking for help. Our tech, Joshua L. was very friendly and worked quickly to diagnose our problem. He is an amazing human being and fixed our issue much faster and cheaper than we had expected. We are sold on this company and will absolutely recommend and use them in the future!

Josh was awesome! He installed a home EV charger and did a great job. He knows the field extremely well, is an expert in this area, and really cares about working with the customer to make sure the job is done correctly, that it works perfectly and looks good when finished. McKenzie arranged everything and she was wonderful. Every interaction with this company was 5 stars! Thank you so much Josh & McKenzie!!

My sink was leaking everywhere. I called and they came right away. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within the hour. Super friendly and professional.

Had this company install washer and dryer hookups in my barbershop, sounded simple end up having to cut into some concrete was worried at first but they truly did a very good job, stayed tidy and clean up after them self price was far, I looked around and they beat 2 estimates, would highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW! I was cutting out my drywall and unfortunately hit a water line, I called best choice plumbing in a panic with water going everywhere! Tony answered the phone and knew something was wrong, he calmly walked me through how to shut off the water to my house so I wasn't in a worse situation than I already was. Later that day after his full day of work he came over and fixed the line I punctured so I would be able to use my water again. I was absolutely amazed he came that same day, I called around after I talked to him thinking the worse and what if he couldn't show up and everyone told me they are booked out 2-3 weeks. I can say from experience they are your best choice plumbers!

Best choice plumbing was great to work with! They came in and re did the tub waste and overflow on my upstairs tub. They located it from below took out what he needed for drywall fixed the drain and cleaned up after himself. We’ve have had zero problems with it since. Would highly recommend!

Best choice, plumbing. Help me and my wife considerably. We needed to switch out an old 2 handle shower valve. When he showed up, he was very polite and professional. He switched our valve out to a single lever valve. That was a lot easier to use for my wife. Had to cut in to existing tile.Made sure that the The tub was covered and protected. When he finished, the job looked great. Made sure that everything was clean. It looked like a new tubs around. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend best choice plumbing to my family and friends.
