Josh is the absolute best! He was so great at addressing any of the concerns I had in regards to installing an Electric Vehicle Charger to my rental unit. He worked with me to create a cohesive plan for my landlord to approve and executed to perfection. Not only is his electric work great in our older house but he was very timely and hardworking. Very appreciative to have him help us.

My experience with connection heating& plumbing was more than satisfactory. Kaden was so polite & knowegble in ith repar I need them to come out for. He was not a pressure salesman that we always dread coming for a repair. He even put shoe covers on lol. I totally recommend these guys to help you with your needs. Thx Kaden

Joshua Lillywhite called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. We were so glad he is a certified electrician with many hundreds of electric vehicle charger installations. He checked the installation of the circuits and wiring to make sure they were installed by our home builder to code. Our Tesla install only took 45 minutes. I feel at peace knowing it was installed by a professional and all connections and codes are correct. Great job by a company and tech that know about high power installations.

My water heater failed Friday night, leaking into the drain, and I didn't discover it until Saturday morning. I had Connect in my phone, but couldn't recall when I'd used them or if I liked them. Kayden was on emergency call this day and found the precise unit we installed 10 years earlier, the Rheem Professional. This newer model should be even better. Kayden was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I'll request him for my next service. 😁

Ken is the best plumber I’ve ever worked with! We were frustrated with the layout of our unfinished basement. Ken helped us navigate the best plan without compromising the needed space. The bathroom layout turnout perfect, and he made the plumbing redirection process seem so simple. Ken thank you for taking the time to problem solve, and educating us on all our options.

The job was done well our bidet is working finel but I almost lost my breakfast when he told me the price of over 500.00 for one hours work. I feel so strongly that he saw an old couple as an easy mark and took advantage. So that will get a very poor response for any recommendations, we'll be looking for honest plumbers and recommend others do the same!!!

I would highly recommend this company!! Our plumber Kayden was very helpful and informative about our water heater and plumbing fixtures. He does great explaining the issue. I’ve had nothing but honest and reliable answers with this company.

I called Connect Building Services to replace a leaking water heater that was still under warranty. Jayson showed up to look at the problem and was immediately argumentative regarding the length of the warranty. I told him I wasn’t going to argue with him as I had my paperwork and it was between his company and the manufacturer. He finally realized I was correct. The next day when he came to replace the water heater, he was argumentative again. I again told him I wasn’t going to argue with him and left him to do his job. Jayson’s time at my house ended with him yelling at me, “I’m firing you! you are frustrating me!” Wow! HE fired ME! I was shocked and angry as he left a mess with the job unfinished. His angry demeanor was frightening.

I immediately called the Connect office and told them what had just happened. The office assistant who answered was very kind and apologetic about the employee’s behavior. Jayson’s manager sent out someone else to finish the job and clean up the mess that Jayson left.
Connect Building Services made things right in the end and I appreciate that! I would work with Connect Building Services again…as long as it’s not Jayson!

Bryant, the employee who came to clean up after Jayson was awesome! He was both kind and professional. I believe Bryant usually works the commercial side, but he did a great job on my home repairs. Thanks Bryant for coming to the rescue!

What an atrocious service and experience, unfortunately I can't give these guys less than a star because that's what they deserved. My AC unit was scheduled for a deep cleaning on 07/30 and everything was good until the technician broke it completely. Our unit was not cooling properly causing our house to be at 80 degree temperatures throughout the day, I would turn it on at night only to bring down the heat inside the house. As soon as the technician was done my AC unit stopped working altogether. He mentioned something about the furnace and demanded payment after completing the cleaning. Last night we slept in a 90 degree house due to his lack of skill and no one called us after he said his boss would call me to sort it out.

From my recent experience with Connect, I wish I could say that I was genuinely impressed, but I can honestly say that I was not! Initially when I called, I thought this would be really good company, and that I may have found a decent sub-contractor to do work on my home. In 17 years of remodeling my home, I would say that 90-95% of the sub-contractors I have used have done poor quality work, and in some cases completely unreasonable on price. Recently I had Connect put in a new toilet in my home, and also replace a bathroom fan. Neither of these items are highly technical in my opinion. The toilet leaked into my downstairs on the first night, and the bathroom fan was also a problem. I will say that Connect sent the technicians back to my home the next day, to fix the issues which I appreciated, but what frustrates me is that the bathroom fan literally was hanging out of the ceiling on one side, and after the toilet was reset, I had to ask to have the toilet straightened out. It may seem trivial, but I shouldn't have to ask that something be installed straight, and I shouldn't have to ask to put a 2/4 between the joists to secure the fan box. The fan install came in at $650.00 which completely shocked me. I called and talked to their service manager, and all he could say is they bid residential by the job and not the hour. Regardless, that came out to over $300.00 per hour. I know attorneys who don't charge that much per hour. In the end, both items came out to $950.00 which is no value in my opinion. Especially, when I had to ask for the work to be corrected!

Had a pipe leak on a Sunday - no access to indoor water at all. Connect was able to come out within about 90 minutes and diagnose the issue. Kayden Taylor is the man - gave me great information and saved me almost $400 on the part we needed. Replaced a faulty PRV, water leak fixed, water pressure much better throughout the house. Thank you Kayden and Connect, you were wonderful to work with.
