On a Sunday, toilet crashed. I reached out to happy pipes plumbing and had a response by 8:30 AM. They came out and the work was completed within 30 minutes. Jared was awesome and the work overall exceeded expectations.

These guys were AWESOME! They helped me connect a sewer and water line for my future ADU from my house, and it was not a small task! They went under 85 feet of driveway, when other plumbers would have made me cut it all up! They saved me time AND money, and on top of all of that, they had a stellar attitude!
I just wanted to High-5 them at the end, great job guys! :)

Update: I’ve had them connect my plumbing for my ADU and they also helped me with a clog in my son’s tub. They are all about service, 10 of 10 highly recommend!

We had a shower leaking that caused a huge mess. They responded to us right away. Dusty was the one that came out to our house. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He did an incredible job fixing our shower. He was speedy too! I 100% recommend this place.

Happy Pipes Plumbing was a life saver for us today. We had a bust in our shower that caused water flowing below to our basement bathroom and laundry room. They came out same day and were able to get us all fixed up. Justin gave us three options and we chose the one best for us. Worth every penny!!! I will call them again for any of our plumbing needs.

Happy Pipes has done a great job for me on several occasions. The workers are skilled, very professional and pricing is fair, unlike many of the big consolidated groups. A few months ago I called a big name company that advertises a lot and they quoted me $1,300 to do a simple garbage disposal replacement. I did it myself for $130 and it took me less than an hour.

The 2 gentlemen that came to my house we’re extremely professional well prepared and went above and beyond what I expected I would’ve left a five star review but the I received lack punctuation, capitalization, or any form of demarcation or delineation. I don’t blame the two gentleman that came to my house to complete the job, but I was under the impression that what was going to be completed in my home was more than what was actually done based off of the way the bid and the scope of work read. I’ve worked in HVAC in both the commercial and residential field for 10+ years. It’s very important to ensure that your customers understand the scope of work being conducted in their home.

I reached out multiple times to have the original plumber ensure that the bid was exactly what I asked for but the floor drain that I had asked to be relocated was not in the original bid which had me incurred an additional $250 and the cast-iron stack That I had asked to be removed and replumbed was not included in the original bid. I’m not dissatisfied, but I do expect more from a professional company.

I want to restate that the two gentleman that were in my home were both professional courteous cleaned up. Their workstation were kind proficient and timely. Whatever you’re paying them double it if not, triple it they’re worth it.

Jared did a great job and fixed our clogged pipes at a very reasonable price. He was very clean and left the area cleaner than when he started. We highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

My water heater went out in the middle night. Called first thing in the morning and Trae responded right out. He was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process amd was even able to get my water pressure figured out. I will definitely use and recommend Happy Pipes Plumbing and Trae in the future!

I don't know anything about Happy Pipes except when we really really needed a plumber a few years ago for an undesirable job, they were available on a weekend. They did excellent work then, and have performed several additional service calls in the ensuing years. Always professional, personable, and available. Total satisfaction.

Trae and Will did an excellent job, they were very courteous and careful in their work. they were so personable that even my dogs liked them. The job was a bit pricey, but we are very satisfied.

We had a leak on our main water line. What we thought would be a repair turned into a complete replacement of our water line from the meter to the house. Brandon was professional and easy to talk with. His crew (Mario, Danny, Trevor, Mitch, and Shane) showed up on time and worked tirelessly to replace our water line. They did what they said they would and stayed late to make sure the job was complete. I will definitely be using Plumbing Utah Heating and Air in the future and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Had a leak that we weren’t aware of until looking at prior water bills. They came out quickly, got us taken care of efficiently and even were kind and towards our family. Brandon was also patient with my many questions. The kids got a kick out of watching the workers. You can’t really tell where it was done which is a big bonus. The quote was quite a bit less than other big companies. Very happy we went with them.

Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. He understands building codes and installed my water heater very well. They fixed the duct work from the previous install which was completely wrong and now my house is much safer. I checked the install with a level and it was perfect. Good plumbers who stand behind their work.

I had a great experience using Plumbing Utah Heating & Air. I have been dealing with a leak in my basement apartment for a very long time. After working with another vendor who was unable to fix the problem, I determined that a French Drain installation was needed. They gave me the best quote for the work to be done and talked me through the entire process. To install a French Drain you dig a trench down to the bottom of the home foundation. My previous vendor had offered to paint a waterproof membrane on the foundation wall for free (since their previous efforts hadn’t worked - through no fault of their own - I have a poorly done foundation with tons of holes). Plumbing Utah was willing to coordinate with them and make sure that we could do all the work on the same day. They did great work and cleaned up after themselves . My neighbor was out of town when my work was done and she couldn’t even tell a difference other than some bushes that I had removed for the work. The team was nice and responsive too. Months later, my leak reappeared. I reached off and had two responses within hours. Brandon Taylor, the owner came out to help me in less than 12 hours to help diagnose the issue again. It was not an issue with the French Drain but probably a sprinkler going through a gap in a window. He adjusted my sprinklers and my neighbors (with permission) and got soaking wet in the process and didn’t complain at all. He was patient and understanding about everything and didn’t charge me a cent. He gave me solid advice about fixing the issue and he even made friends with my dog. He followed up with me the next day to see if everything was better. Brandon also saw an issue my neighbor had and let us know about it so we could fix it (no benefit to himself). 10/10 - I would definitely use them again. Their service goes way above and beyond and their pricing was great. Best experience with a vendor I have had in a while.

I called several different plumbing companies in my area and without a doubt Plumbing Utah Heating and Air was the most reliable, decent priced, fastest service, and the most professional. I 100% recommend Heath, he was very knowledgeable, well-mannered, detail-oriented, and his work ethic is on point! He got the job done in less than an hour. I definitely recommend this company for simple fixes repiping, sprinklers, basically all your plumbing needs. I plan on calling them to have them repipe my house, redo my sprinklers, and any other future plumbing needs! Everyone in the office was extremely thorough, generous, upbeat and was able to answer any concerns or questions I had in a professional manner and timeline. Their professionalism shone through as they thoroughly explained the issues with the boiler and presented effective solutions. My water heater started leaking and Plumbing Utah was able to get someone out to install a replacement really quickly. I ended up upgrading my water heater from a 40 gallon tank to a tankless system and Aaron did an amazing job. He not only did quick work considering the amount of work that had to be done, but it’s also very cleanly done. The end result looks great and it’s really nicely organized, not to mention safe and up to code. It’s a huge upgrade from what I was dealing with before!

Aaron came out last year and installed a new water heater and garbage disposal. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. The quality of work was very good. The front office was easy to get a hold of and Aaron was very punctual with appointments.

We had Aaron out again today to evaluate a water hammer issue. The fix was easy enough that he suggested I do it myself and took the time to walk me through the whole process and show me on my phone what parts to buy. He was willing to fix it himself, but I appreciate that he was looking out for me and trying to save me money.

Did a complete repipe on my manufactured home and I'm 100% satisfied. Brandon gave me a fair deal while also getting the job done in 2 days. Jake and David, who did the install, were very professional and polite. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

*Update 4/28/25: after 3.5 years, my hose bib has broken twice. They fixed it the first time in 2022. This year, it broke again. The owner, Brandon, honored my warranty and had a plumber come out the same day and take care of the root problem while also reaching out to give me great customer service. Thank you!
