Plumbing reviews in Sandy, Utah

We've been customers of Payton with Drain Kingz for years now and highly recommend the company for all plumbing and heating needs.

These guys were the best plumbers iv ever hired.. literally in and out within 15 minutes, everything works amazing, they were clean and professional and that’s hard to say in today’s world of trades.
Thank you guys!😎

Payton from Drain Kingz came out to our house to look at a leaking pipe same day as the leak started. He was very professional and personable and gave us a reasonable estimate on our repair. He ended up capping the pipe for us so we had time to figure out what we wanted to do about the repair since it was going to be more of a extensive repair. We really appreciated the work he did for us and we would trust him to do more work on our house in the future!

Would’ve had to close the women’s restroom in my restaurant today if not for him, I called five different plumbers and no one was able to help although he was able to rush over even though he was obviously busy. He had to fix another plumbers mistake from years ago, but had a great attitude about it. I would make sure he’s your guy from now on if he has the time

I had a main water line leak in my front lawn, and I hired Drain Kingz Plumbing to fix the issue. They did a fantastic job! Before digging, they accurately located the exact spot of the leak, which saved a lot of time and minimized damage. They fixed the problem the same day and provided a solid warranty for their work, which I really appreciate.

Their communication was excellent — they responded promptly to all my calls and messages. Their professionalism and work culture truly stand out. I would definitely recommend Drain Kingz Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable service.

Thank you, Drain Kingz, for the great service!

Jonathan has been our go-to every time, and he never disappoints. He replaced a valve that controls the water pressure to our whole house, quickly came out and repaired a garbage disposal that another company messed up, and has replaced multiple drains in our bathrooms. He’s always professional, responsive, and does the job right the first time. It’s rare to find a company this dependable — Drain Kingz and Jonathan definitely set the standard. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. After waking up to near flood of sewage New Year’s Day. Crappy way to start the year. They came next day, gave a run down of the issue and solution. Efficient and effective. Thank you!

Wonderful experience with Drain Kingz!! They were fast, efficient, reasonably priced and very knowledgeable. They tackled my job professionally and we will use them again if needed!!

Nick from Drain Kings was fantastic. Careful not to make a mess. Clearly gave me a bid before starting the work. Couldn't ask for a better job. Thanks!

They put in plumbing for new bathroom in our basement and were awesome! Communication was very good, showed up when they said they would, very courteous and reasonably priced for the work. Would absolutely recommend them!

Payton is the best. His work is professional, quick, and efficient. He always considers our needs, and I am grateful for everything he has done for me.

Nick was great. Super prompt in responding, came out immediately, got the job done! They moved a drain pipe so I can install a new window.

**UPDATE**

I simply can not emphasize how incredible this company is. I have had another plumbing issue. Drain Kingz was right here to help fix the issue. I still have work to be done, as the recent fix is only temporary, but Drain Kingz are the only ones I trust to take care of it. The entire team is truly phenomenal!

Drain Kingz to the rescue! I had leaks under my kitchen sink for months. Probably longer. Drain Kings came out and assessed the issues. The only part of the underside of the sink that was good, was the garbage disposal. The next morning they were back, replacing piping and flushing lines. Drain Kingz was fast, reliable, and honest. My first call for plumbing issues from now on!

I'm writing this review because Payton Hall at Drain Kings absolutely saved my sanity! What started as a simple leaky faucet turned into a full-blown kitchen disaster when I tried (and utterly failed) to fix it myself. Let's just say, 'DIY' and 'plumbing' are not words that belong in the same sentence for me.

I called Drain Kings in a panic, and they were incredibly responsive. Payton, arrived promptly, assessed the situation with a calm and professional demeanor (even though I'm sure my botched attempt was a sight to behold!), and quickly got to work.

Not only did he expertly replace my faucet with the new one I'd purchased, but he also pointed out a few other potential issues I hadn't noticed and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was efficient, clean (he left my kitchen cleaner than it was before!), and his workmanship was top-notch.

Honestly, I was expecting a huge bill for my plumbing mishap, but the price was incredibly fair and transparent. Drain Kingz is clearly a company that values its customers and takes pride in their work.

If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and downright amazing plumber, look no further! I'm beyond impressed with their service and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Payton Hall responded to our call. He showed up within 30 minutes, took time to explain each step, and got our issue resolved. Being in a memory care, he was patient with the residents and kind to the staff. Truly cannot recommend a better company.

Nick was friendly, professional, and cleaned up well after himself. Great service on getting our failed-way-too-early builder installed instantaneous water heater with a better model. On time and on schedule.

One of the only plumbers I'll trust with any job! Owner is amazing, company is honest. Best prices for this level of quality I've ever seen!

Also noticed the new paint jobs Payton! Looking good man!

This company was referred by thumbtack.
Nick responded quickly. He was very professional.
Work was completed same day at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with the work performed

Jake was absolutely amazing. He showed up promptly and was knowledgeable. I am not a professional plumber and he made me feel comfortable within the first minute.

I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

Drain Kingz Plumbing was fantastic to work with. We needed our water heater replaced, and they came out very quickly, were extremely professional, and had the whole job done in about 40 minutes. Super efficient and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Payton answered the phone on Sunday morning to come fix the leaking water heater at our rental. He was on his way in 10 min. They didn’t charge us extra for a weekend call. Communication was timely through the whole service. I got a final call when the job was completed. They did an excellent job helping us in our disaster. I highly recommend Drain Kings Plumbing. Ask for Payton Hall.
