Worked with Jason on a leak in my bathroom. He was incredibly responsive, organized, and solved my problem quickly. His team
was busy when my leak happened, so he personally drove out to my home to do an initial inspection. His crew was timely when they came out for the repair and ensure everything was cleaned up quickly.
Im very impressed with him and his crew and would call him again immediately.

Happy Pipes Plumbing was quick to respond to our urgent need with professionalism and Knowledge. They were upfront with cost and time frame for the project. Jaren and Dustin worked together to help us fix our leak and had our water heater replaced in record time. We would recommend them to all our friends and family. Update:
I still find it frustrating that this required five visits, but they sent a different plumber (Kelly, who was very kind and helpful, particularly when I started crying about having to set up a fifth appointment) who replaced the baseboard. So Kelly is great and I hope the other plumber was just having a very bad week.

They replaced a hanging toilet for me but it was very off-balance so they came back to level it. A couple of days later, I noticed it had leaked and messed up the baseboard. They had the same guy who had messed up twice come out a third time, say that he was helping me “since it’s leaking again” (not admitting his error), and then seemed put out and didn’t bring the right materials for drying out the baseboard. So irritating and now I have to figure out how to fix my baseboard.

With one text, had the appropriate personnel on site the very next morning, removed and installed a water heater very quickly, completely up front with costs and informing us of what we were up against with the old water heater. Extremely courteous and helpful

These guys were very prompt to arrive and address our concerns. The estimate was much lower than the other plumbers in the area. They were friendly and professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Timely.and excellent service. But WAY too expensive for a simple clogged sink and 30 minute visit. . I will be sure to call around and get telephone estimates first.

Quick response. Good follow through. I know I overpaid for the first service, but okay to pay a professional for prompt and quality workmanship. Issue still existed so needed them to come out again. Again, prompt and good communication. All they did was install a hammer arrestor on cold faucet line. Less than 5 minute repair and parts you could get for under $30 and they wanted to charge me $450 - crazy. Again, don’t mind paying a little more, but that is ridiculous. Told them to take it off and just charge me for their service call - which I was told $115, then tried to charge me $130 and then settled on $118. Went to Home Depot and got arrestor on sale for under $10. Installed in 5 minutes. Bottom line, prompt, friendly, professional, quality work, but not willing to overpay that much. Will give another plumber a try in the future.

Had these guys come out. They showed up within 30 mins and had the leaking supply line T joint fixed within an hour of my call. They were honest and helped us understand what next steps could be for improving the home.
