Had a wonderful experience with Connect Home Services today! Josh came out and installed 2 hardwired smoke detectors that were on a vaulted ceiling that I don’t have a ladder high enough to get to. He was incredibly polite and professional! Would highly recommend and would work with again anytime. Thanks again Josh!

Tech came to my home and looked at my non working furnace. Diagnosed it having a faulty inducer, failing fan and a bill of 2600$ unless I wanted a new furnace. Got a second opt and it need a pressure switch and cleaned flame sensor totaling 200$. Called the company and they haven’t even offered to refund the 89$ service fee. Just the facts

Spent 9,000 dollars on a mini split 2 years ago. Have had problems with it breaking down every year since it was installed. Last year they did it for free, this year I called as it was broken again, only blowing hot air. The tech showed up, did not quote us on the work, told my employees it should be under warranty and left. Got an invoice for 800.00 today. This company will show up and do work without any consent or notice. Will be switching companies for all future services.

I would say to anyone expecting professional and timely service to give a call to them. My experience has been great. I would recommend Malik as a technician for A/C his skills are methodical and effective. Also their customer service and scheduling staff

We’ve since had another experience with Connect. My ma’s AC unit went out. Malik was there the whole day in hot temps trying to salvage it. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced. It was an older unit. He worked the whole day, Sunday, installing it, making sure everything was running smoothly.

We had Josh come out and install an EV charger recently. The experience was incredibly easy and was a great price! Will recommend him and Connect for anyone needing electrical work. He told me they also do HVAC and plumbing!

Great fast service, my father bloged the toilet I. His bathroom and we could not get it unclogged. So we called them fur help . They hit there within 2 hours

My experience with Connect has been nothing short of amazing. I called in to get some electrical work done, the office was amazing about getting me scheduled as soon as possible. Josh was great, very informative about the work he was doing. I shortly called back because I ran into some a/c issues, the office staff were amazing once again and were able to get Trevor out quickly. He quickly got to work to figure out the issue and get it fixed.

I called Connect without any recommendation.I simply was looking for someone near my home. This can be a dicey strategy as i've had some bad experiences randomly calling service companies in the past. Connect made an appointment and showed up exactly on time on the appointed day. The technician did an excellent job explaining the potential problem that I had and the resolution. He was quick and efficient. I'm very happy with the service. Especially because he didn't try to sell me an extended service contract, like some others do. I had one job to do. That's what they did. And their pricing was fair. I will use Connect in the future for anything that I need done that they can provide service for.

Mike Brimley was a FANTASTIC electrician for my most recent kitchen project. He was very prompt and professional, always walking me through what he was working on and giving me his expertise so I could make the best possible decisions for my kitchen. The lights he installed for me are great, they are perfectly spaced from the walls and each other. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of his service and how he has represented his company.

Working with Connect has been straightforward and simple. They are honest with their work and fair with their pricing. Mike helped me install a dedicated outlet and new lights in the garage for my tools, and to not make it feel like a dungeon! Will be calling with any future problems.

Needed an electrician to install my ring doorbell. The wires coming out of my house were short so we couldn’t connect it. They came out when they stated they would and he did a great job extending the wires and hooking up the ring device. So a great experience and a knowledgeable technician.
