Logan came today to service my fireplace. He was great! He answered all my questions and provided good education. He told me about other possibilities without being pushy. Thanks for getting my fireplace working!

He came 2.5 hours early and I was still at work. My husband was here. (I had a couple of questions I hoped to ask.) He was syncing our new remote to our gas fireplace. And he did that easily in a few minutes. It was a lot of money to pay, (plus buy a new remote) but we were not certain what button to push. We will know better next time. We appreciated his coming though.

Mark S. from Comfort Solutions came to repair my gas fireplace. It was an unusual hookup so he had quite a difficult time getting it right, even having to go to a hardware store for a larger than usual tool. But he stuck with the repair, using a great sense of humor while grappling with the valve, and he got it back in working order. We much appreciate his knowledge and fortitude to make this difficult repair for us.

Alex called first to see if he could come early to fix my gas fireplace. When he arrived, he started by explaining the steps for my specific scenario. It turned out that the gas was turned off, but because of lack of use, it was very dirty and had spiders inside. He was very thorough, covering my furniture with tarps, etc. All in all, he was polite, knowledgeable and very friendly with my two dogs who wanted to help. I heartily recommend Comfort Solutions and him.

Tyler K showed up right on time. Was able to diagnose the issue with my furnace . Did an outstanding job because the parts that were needed were offsite at there shop . Once it was fixed. He cleaned up the fires place made it look brand new with a few added details .

Finn Schaecher from Comfort Solutions came today to re-light the pilot lights and service my 2 gas fireplaces. He was friendly, very professional and explained everything he was doing. He gave me suggestions on other maintenance options for both fireplace. I felt no pressure to complete those recommendations at this service call. I am very satisfied with the work he completed today. I recommend Finn and Comfort Solutions for any fireplace concerns.

Finn was early to the appointment and called ahead to let me know. His diagnosis was thorough and quick. Changed a capacitor but decided to wait on the inducer. Very knowledgeable and explained the role and impact of the components.

Comfort Solutions called today with great news. A technician was in the area and could service our gas fireplace today before our 11/20 appointment. Alex was excellent. He was pleasant, efficient and well equipped with the knowledge and skill to diagnose the issue and replace our thermal couple. I appreciated that he carried his own drop cloth and everything needed to ensure he left our home as clean as he found it. Thanks Alex, now we're ready for winter!

Fixed both of my fireplaces the same day that I called to schedule a repair. Mark was awesome & went above & beyond to get everything working again. He was also very careful to keep things clean & not make a mess. Very impressed!

I called this place in a bit of a panic as my fireplace suddenly wasn’t working. It had been checked and cleaned and shouldn’t have had any issues. Tyler (Ty) came to the house and was seriously the best! He is overall a great human being but also is a great technician. He kept me involved and showed me what he was doing and went through all the testing with me. He found the issue and we were able to get it fixed. Honestly, I have not had the greatest experience with fireplace techs in the past, but Ty was great. The company’s prices were very fair and comparable and I would for sure use this place again. Ty really went above and beyond for me and my house and I hope we get him every time.

We had struggled with our fireplace from the moment it was installed (an other dealer). We ask Comfort to come out and see if they could determine the issue. The technician happily checked our gas lines, flue, and venting on the roof. He reassembled the fireplace per the factory recommendations and more importantly educated us on troubleshooting techniques.

Tyler was awesome! He was punctual and mindful of his shoes when entering. He replaced the blower and cleaned the entire fireplace down to the glass rocks.

Mark came to our home at the end of what had clearly been a long day for him. Despite this, he was exceptionally kind, efficient, and proficient in resolving our gas issue. He took the time to thoroughly check for any gas leaks, and then went above and beyond by cleaning the glass on our fireplace. Given that we’re renting and the property hadn’t been serviced in quite some time, there was considerable work to be done. Thank you, Mark, for a fantastic job!
