North Star Heating & Air Conditioning was great. Richard and his crew came out and diagnosed the issue with our heater. Richard explained what was wrong and exactly what they would do to fix it. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand.

We got multiple quotes for a job and we ended up not going with them. Well that was a mistake. The other company did a horrible job and we were not impressed. Northstar came and take a look and ended up getting things fixed and working properly. Not only did they do a much better job but had a more qualified and professional staff. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Ed and Cap showed up this morning to fix my appliance and they were amazing! With exceptional customer service, patience in answering my questions, and quick efficiency, I now have a fully operational dryer again! They were up in the attic having to clear a blockage and it got a bit messy down below but the cleaned up everything and we’re so kind. Thank you!!!

Capone completed a full HVAC system swap-out and the workmanship was top-notch. He removed the existing unit and installed the new system efficiently, with proper sizing, clean duct connections, and attention to airflow and refrigerant charging. All electrical, condensate, and line set connections were done cleanly and to code. The system was fully tested and dialed in, and everything is operating exactly as it should. Capone was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. I highly recommend him for anyone needing a quality replacement or upgrade.

Jose, Eduardo, and Capone did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC and smart thermostat. Our system was older and was such a beast to remove and replace. They did amazing! They were so kind to my curious kids and were very respectful of our house and property. 10/10 would recommend them again.

Daniel came by and tuned up the furnace that we had previously purchased from North Star. He has come by for our maintenence in the past and has always been fabulous to work with. The furnace and AC has worked great since we have had them, no problems. Im pleased to have purchased from them and I would highly recommend using North Star.

Update: 2/4/26 had more work done and want to leave a new review. Had a duct cleaning, the team was professional and courteous. They even replaced the flat head screws on my vents with hex head cause they heard me say I hated flat heads in passing the team great.

We started off a bit on the wrong foot. But the team at North Star really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The owner took care of me after an honest mistake. Even after I was jerk. The AC tech Ben was great to work with and the maintenance tech Daniel is the same tech that shows up every year. Feels like a small tight knit team. Happy to leave a 5 star review.

I hired North Star to come out and assess my furnace and give me recommendations in order to get it running better than it was. I went with the required cleanings and one upgrade to get my furnace up to code. Daniel came out and did an amazing job! He took before and after pictures and videos so I could see the difference and then showed me everything when complete. He even educated me on some furnace maintenance tips, as my ex used to handle all of that. In addition, he was super accommodating when dealing with the painting crew I had in my home painting my house, which happened to fall on the same day. Thanks for the great work Daniel!

Alex and his team are amazing, they are always on time to our appointments and they take the time to tell you things that are wrong or what they did to test our ac and heat! Honest and fair priced! Can’t recommend these guys enough!!!

I called Alex with Air Pros because my AC wasn’t working. He was able to come out the same day that I called and he texted me when he was twenty minutes away. He was able to diagnose the issue and have my AC back up and running in thirty minutes! Alex is friendly and trustworthy! My geriatric AC system (25+ years old, seriously…) began acting up and stopped blowing air (cold or room temp). Alex and his team at Air Pros were recommended to me by a coworker of mine after some scheduling difficulty with my normal HVAC guy (late August so understandably). They fit me in same day, kept me updated on when they’d be arriving, were very polite with me and my family, and diagnosed the issue in under 20 minutes. Best of all, he had the part on his truck. I’ve worked in construction for over 12 years prior, worked with/managed many different tradesmen (including HVAC) and was impressed by the honesty, quickness, and reasonable price overall for the repair. Any of the larger Utah residential HVAC companies would have looked at the age of the unit and just told me I needed a knew one but Air Pros took the time to diagnose the problem and provided an affordable solution. I couldn’t recommend Air Pros enough!

From start to finish this was a great experience. It’s difficult to find a company willing to work on kitchen exhaust fans. Alex came out and within 20 minutes had the fan working perfectly. Because he did very little work in achieving the desired result, he ended up doing an inspection and tuneup of our furnace instead, not even charging for the kitchen exhaust fan. He not only performed the tuneup, but also showed me some potential issues that may cause us problems down the road and I’m very glad to be ahead of them now. We will 100% use Air Pros for all of our HVAC needs!
