Alex was willing to work with me to finalize and startup a mini split system that I had installed. He and Jordan came to make the final flared connections, evacuate, test and start up the system. They were both very professional, thorough and careful to insure everything was done correctly. The start up went perfectly and Jordan tested every function to be sure it operated well. They were both very knowledgeable and willing to give pointers and useful information about the operation of the system and answer all my questions.

I had an excellent experience with Air Pros Heating & Cooling. I called in about an issue with my furnace, and the technician I spoke with over the phone was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to walk me through some troubleshooting steps, explained everything clearly, and helped me figure out the problem without trying to push unnecessary service. I also recommended him to a friend of mine.

Alex was awesome to deal with. I called him out for a furnace tune on a unit that’s a bit older and had some leakage as well. He explained everything throughout the process, and was able to extend its life for a few more years. Pricing is reasonable the attention to detail was great!

Air Pros is the best! Alex and his team did an excellent job with our mini-split. Randy did a great job with the install, he was knowledge polite and cleaned everything up. Very impressed with their performance and professionalism.

I was told by my “big name” HVAC company that I needed a new system (mine is 12 years old). After getting an estimate from Alex at Air Pros, he not only beat their price (by a lot) but was honest enough to tell me I didn’t need a new system. Just wanted to give Alex Wiltz, owner of AirPros, a shoutout.

Alex installed a new high efficiency furnace and ac system in my house. He sized the unit to handle the increased size of my residence because of the buildout of my basement. He also fixed some of the existing duct work. He showed up on time for the review of the project, promptly responded with an estimate and worked with me on 3 options. Once I selected the option best for our project he set an install date and gave me a realist completion time. He also assured me that the change over from old unit to new unit would be done to minimize any inconvenience because of cold weather.

Alex showed up exactly on time for the installation, finished more quickly than we expected, cleaned up the project area, and showed me how to change the new units filter and set up the thermostat to our lifestyle. He then helped us apply for 2 rebates we were eligible for because of the units efficiency.

I enjoyed working with him and Bryce his main assistant.

The bottom line is I would work with him again and I am very selective on who I spend $ with especially now that I am retired.

Alex, Ethan, and Bryce did a great job with our air handler/AC installation! They worked efficiently and finished the job even sooner than expected. They were professional and kind, very easy to work with. Air Pros will continue to be our go to for all things heating & cooling!

My furnace has been undependable for sometime and I am tired of being cold, so decided to check Angi's List to see reputable installers. I spoke with Alex from Air Pros Heating and Cooling. He told me that he could come and inspect my old furnace (which was apparently purchased in 2001) and give me a bid on a new unit. I realized how old my current HVAC system was and decided to go with Alex. They took 2 days to remove both my old AC unit and the old furnace, and replaced it with a new TRANE system. The total cost was $10,847.00. They completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned everything up, and hauled away the old units. Alex also was kind enough to order and install a new filter for my humidifier without any additional charge. He also replaced a part on my water heater that Whipple hadn't done for me when they installed my water heater. I don't recommend Whipple at all. I do, however, highly recommend Alex and Air Pros. They are great!!!

We feel lucky that we found Alex and his team. We purchased a 100 year old two-story brick house in the avenues with an old boiler system and updated to forced air. We had a total of 5 companies bid (two were contractors with HVAC guys on their team). Of course both contractors add 20% to the bill for their service and that definitely affected the pricing.

Air Pros were not the lowest but were far from the highest and we went with high efficiency for the incentives which did increase price but will come down after rebates and tax credits.

Alex took the time to come up with a great plan to get ductwork through plaster ceilings and the old walls and it ended up looking better than we expected. His team was thorough and polite. We enjoyed working with them and look forward to working together again in the future when necessary.

We'll, my worries are over, wondering who to call for heating and air conditioning problems!! I stuck my dart into a phone number and I hit the jackpot!! I needed my thermostat looked at and Alex with AirPros came over within the hour! Very professional and easy to work with! It's his own company and so you could tell he really enjoyed doing the work! Last year I had the engine replaced on my HVAC system. The company that looked at it ended up breaking my circuit board and I l had a lot of issues as a result of their visit and needed more maintenance. Alex at Air Pros was absolutely incredible! He’s a locally owned business, he is priced fair and he’s definitely someone I can trust to get the job done Right! He was very considerate of my concerns and explained the process and even showed me how I could do some of these tuneups on my own if I ever needed to. I really appreciate his honesty, his quality work and speed, and that he attempted to educate me as well. I’m so happy to finally have an HVAC Co I can rely on! One of my furnaces decided to stop working. After trying multiple quick fix ideas Alex provided me via text, I asked him to take a look. He quickly identified the faulty part, got it replaced under warranty, and gave me a reasonable rate on labor. It was quick & easy. I'm very satisfied with the service AIR PROS provided. We finally found the right team to install electric minisplits for our home with Air Pros. We’ve been researching the idea of transitioning away from furnaces and traditional AC for years. Alex, the owner, was definitely worth waiting for; he seems to truly love this industry and is excited about creating solutions for people.

Alex did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing our HVAC issue! He explained that the outdoor unit was very dirty, which caused the capacitor to fail and kept the motors from working properly. He quickly replaced the capacitor, cleaned the condenser, and got everything running smoothly again. He also pointed out that the indoor blower wheel could use a cleaning, which was really helpful to know. He was able to clean it properly. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient—highly recommend!

Alex and his crew deserve more than five stars. No one wants their furnace to go out, but if it happens to you, you will pray for someone like Alex and his crew to rescue you. Alex loaned us space heaters until our furnace could be installed. The price was very reasonable, and the care they demonstrated went above and beyond anything I expected. These guys are the real deal. Alex gave me prices to fix my 30 year old furnace but his price for new was so reasonable that I decided it was time. I never felt like I was being hustled or manipulated. Thank you to this team for my toasty warm house. You’re the best.

Our furnace suddenly stopped working last Friday night and after some futile trouble shooting, I contacted them. Despite being called during off-business hours, Alex tried his best to find a motor, gave us instant updates and fixed it the next day. He was very kind and patient, even gave us a quick tune up after changing the motor.
Change your filters often, everyone. Don’t make the same mistake as we did. 😅

I had another place come out and they gave me a price of $1500 to clean or my furnace to, bottom, and coils and an additional $2000 to rebuild ignition switch. When Alex came out with air pros he cleaned it the top, bottom, and coils for $375. I didn't even need the ignition switch rebuilt. Alex was extremely honest. He knew what he was doing. He was efficient and didn't try to upsell me on anything that I didn't need. I have already recommended him to my family and my clients. I also have him scheduled to put in some duct work on an unfinished basement next month.
I can't say enough great things about him and this company. Glad I now have an HVAC guy.
