Dominic was the best! He was willing to come disconnect all my pipes early on a Friday so my countertops could be installed, and then came back on a Saturday to reconnect and install everything when most companies refused to return until Monday. A part we needed didn’t arrive in time from Amazon and he made a special trip to the store to get what we needed to make sure it all looked exactly how I wanted it. He couldn’t have been sweeter. Loved working with this company!

Ross and Justin installed cage covers over a couple of exhaust vents to prevent birds from re-entering the vents and nesting. The charge for the installation was less than two other quotes I received. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Ross communicated the steps they were going to take clearly. Both were friendly and easy to talk to.

This is the best run company in utah - fair Price fantastic employees amazing management took such good care of my mom’s place and she’s 88 years old. I would use them all day and twice on Sunday. Thanks Ryan for your team.

Mark came out to give us a price to replace a 14 year old water heater for my in-laws after we woke up with no hot water. My husband and I come from the industry, but are from out of state and the company I would normally use was booked so I looked around for other local companies with good reviews and Upfront seemed like a great place. We were not disappointed! Mark was able to get the water heater temporarily fixed so that we would have hot water over night and then came back the following morning to replace it. He did an amazing job on the install! Everything was done to code and looks great! You can tell Mark really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The price was better than we expected! If you are looking for a local company that does great work at a decent price, these guys are great! Ask for Mark!

I had a really good experience getting my furnace replaced by Upfront! Their estimate was fair, and they were extremely responsive, and they accommodated the replacement within 3 days.

My furnace was condemned on Friday morning. With temperatures beginning to drop next week and it being Christmas week, I scrambled to get my warranty company to take the job but their contractor was unresponsive during the weekend. Jakob coordinated with me throughout Saturday on getting the furnace replaced Monday. On Monday Justin and Austin finished the furnace replacement in less than 4 hours. Everything looks great and we don't have to worry about using space heaters to survive the cold that's coming. Thank you for doing a great job, being responsive, and working diligently to resolve a habitability issue quickly!

I've worked with Mason a couple times and he's been amazing. This time, we had mold and had to completely demo our bathroom to remediate. Mason came and was very thorough when looking at everything which was really nice because he understood everything that needed to be done to help avoid any surprises that he could. He even offered 2 different options based on my budget and what needed done, and made sure I was aware of what each entailed and potential consequences and benefits for each option. I've really respected and appreciated the full disclosure and time he's taken with me each time he looks over everything and goes over options and estimates. Two other employees came and did the work to replace my main drain stack and some other piping. They even noticed that my ABS had a recall on it, which I had no idea about. They've all done great work, been very respectful, friendly, and kept me engaged throughout the whole process so nothing came as a surprise. I've had other companies try to tell me I need products that I don't really need and Upfront has never done that. The office employees are also very nice and it's super easy to schedule appointments and make payments, they'll even text you a link for you to pay. I feel like Upfront is very trustworthy and would definitely recommend them.

We called Upfront to install a microwave that vented to the outside. They came first to see if what we were asking was feasible. With a green light, we went ahead and purchased a microwave that had convertible venting. Then Jose and his assistant showed up the next day and installed our microwave. They were professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They answered questions I had about installation. They cleaned up afterwards and then showed me the work they had completed. We felt that the price was great considering they would need to drill through stucco. They also hauled away our old microwave.

I wanted to get a new air conditioner installed before the heat hits. I had 4 different bids and there was no doubt in my mind At Your Service Pros was the best value. They arrived on time, took care of my house and got the unit installed in one day. I ran it just to see how well it worked and it cooled my house off so fast I was thoroughly impressed. I'd absolutely recommend then to anyone! Will deifnately use them in the future!

Greg and Nathan did a great job removing my old tub and surround and installing new ones that I had purchased. Even though the new surround was designed for a different brand of tub, they were able to get everything installed and looking great!

Finally a nice, upfront and honest plumber. After being scammed by another company, I did my own research to be more knowledgeable about my issue. Ashton Darger came in and listened to my concerns, explained everything in an easy to follow way and ultimately let me know that the problem I had been quoted quite a large cost from another company, was not a big issue at all. He was one of the most friendly and knowledgeable repair persons that I have met. It’s refreshing to know there are still people with integrity and honesty out there. I will use Ashton to complete a project at my house and highly recommend him.

Chandler was amazing! He arrived at 10pm on a Friday to help us with a clogged kitchen sink. He was patient with setbacks that made the task take longer, and got the job done. He kindly answered all of our questions and gave us info on now to maintain our pipes to prevent future backups. He even coached us on how to talk to our plumbing problem-causing neighbors that live above us!

Rare Breed Plumbing has done some great work in our home. Joining their Herd membership has been a great savings. Dom did awesome when he provided our free plumbing inspection and water heater flush as part of our membership.

Rare Breed was great to work with. Super friendly though scheduling, communication prior, and while they were on site. Lots of options for appointments. Chad arrived on time, explained the situation, and finished in the time allocated.

A gentleman by the name of Daniel came in to take a look at some leak issues we've been having. He was able to get the problem addressed within just a few minutes of arrival. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and know-how when it came to fixing our issue. This is The 5th or 6th time we have worked with Rare Breed plumbing, and so far every experience has been fantastic! Don’t listen to any of the 1 star reviews on here. I have seen what kind of people run this company and I know for a fact the owner is a person of extremely high integrity. Court isn’t someone to mess around, he does everything possible to train his staff well enough to make sure neither he nor they ever cut corners. If he or someone else makes a mistake, he responds to criticism in a constructive and classy way, always gets the job done, and sometimes gives people, quite frankly, more than they deserve in terms of compensation when it comes to resolving complaints. Keep up the good work! And no, no one asked me to leave this review, I’m doing it solely because I’m impressed with what I’ve seen of Court’s professionalism.

Absolutely outstanding service from Daniel Maciel! I had an issue with my shutoff valve under my kitchen sink. Daniel responded quickly, clearly explained the situation, and gave me a straightforward plan to fix it.
