I discovered our old furnace had a CO leak, which was very alarming. I contacted Lion Heating/Air and they immediately sent someone over to investigate. They determined my furnace was failing, and they quickly found a new one for me. They installed it within 24 hours, and the final cost was reasonable. The entire team was very professional and friendly, and patiently explained everything to me. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

We had an issue with our AC on July 4th, and I was so impressed with the service we received! Even on a holiday, they came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and went above and beyond to get our unit running until a full replacement could be scheduled. What really stood out was the fair and honest pricing—no holiday gouging, just genuine care and professionalism. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC company that truly puts customers first!

I've hired many HVAC companies over the course of the last 10 years. I'd have to say Dean's HVAC was by far the best! In the past I've hired those big box HVAC companies (Any Hour, All Hours HVAC, etc.), never again now that I've used Dean's HVAC. You will pay 10x more with the big box places and there is a different person to deal with for sales, scheduling, repair, install, etc. Dean makes it easy, convenient and you can trust the work is being done well. He got me out of a bind when an insulation company blew insulation into my furnace. He saved my furnace! The furnace was cleaned thoroughly, restored back and he added new ducts in my basement. My furnace has never worked better, even better than when it was first put in. Dean is reliable, reasonably priced and very easy to work with. He values the safety of the homeowner and wears a mask inside the home at all times.

I wanted to take a moment to share a quick review of Dean's HVAC. Our project is not yet 100%, but so far working with Dean has been absolutely fantastic. He's very detailed oriented, knows his craft well and has a very high bar for quality work. Our project was extensive with all new ductwork for main floor along with many changes to the basement ducting. Additionally, the new HVAC room unfortunately had to be slightly reduced in size which made his install more difficult. Thank you Dean for the high quality work on this project and your advice and discussions along the way!

We had an incredibly positive experience with Mountain Breeze Heating and Cooling. Frank and his team arrived punctually, and they quickly set about determining what was wrong with our system. We had known for a couple of years that it was going south, but Frank was able to identify that the wrong size of system had been put in more than twenty years ago. When he could have upsold us on a system, he instead made sure we had the right system for our house.

Installing our system was a challenge because of how old (and how poorly done) the previous system was. But Mountain Breeze stayed until the job was completed, which was a testament to their work ethic. Even better, they stayed until they'd cleaned up the mess the install had created. We really appreciated such care and consideration, especially in the middle of a heatwave. Now our house is finally cool - hallelujah! They did a great job, and we'd highly recommend them.

After getting several ridiculously high bids from big name companies for a complete furnace and AC replacement for our home, we were referred to Mountain Breeze by a relative and we couldn't be happier.

Frank really is low pressure and does high quality work for a fraction of the price of the bigger companies. He was able to get us better equipment with higher efficiency ratings at better prices that the other companies couldn't even come close to. He was prompt starting the job, got it done in less than a day, cleaned up everything when he was done and was nothing but friendly and professional. He'll be our heating and air guy from now on!

Mountain Breeze was chosen when we were required to replace our old furnace that had failed in mid winter. Mountain Breeze gave us the best price and we upgraded our furnace and air conditioning. We have had a few hiccups with our air conditioner condenser (not Mountain Breeze fault) with manufacturer quality. Frank, the owner, has been very responsive to help us with the problems. At times there was frustration from both of us with the manufacturer providing the parts in a reasonable time. Frank strives to do the right thing and is very conscientious in his work ethic and support of his customers.

We absolutely loved our experience with Frank and his staff. When we called for an estimate on a new AC unit, he actually stopped by within 15 minutes of us calling and then also scheduled the work for a few days later. Not only was he fast, but he is so so so honest, didn’t try to sell us the most expensive of everything, was very friendly, and exceeded our expectations in workmanship and price. I first called Mountain Breeze because of their awesome reviews on KSL...5 stars! And Frank lived up to that in every way. He was respectful, on time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and honest! He did the job right and fast, was extremely reasonably priced and didn't tell us we needed to replace things that weren't broken. We are soooo happy to have found him, and there is definitely some peace of mind knowing exactly who we will call in the future. I hope you call him when you need a HVAC guy too!!
