This is the third time we've used Mountain Breeze Heating and Air (all at different homes). They have always been great to work with. We had them replace our furnace and A/C units, and they turned a potentially stressful situation into a minor inconvenience. The process was great, the install was fast, and the price was fair. Make sure to ask for Frank!

We were looking to install a Mitsubishi mini split for our master bedroom and found Mountain Breeze through the Mitsubishi website. I did a ton of research prior and got several other quotes. The owner, Frank, came out to give us a quote. He patiently walked through all the details with us and gave us great recommendations on model and placement. We could tell immediately that this company was the right fit for us. Very competitive pricing, kind/chill owner, 5 year labor warranty…. They even helped us register the rebate through Rocky Mountain. Frank and his crew showed up the next day to complete the install. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend Mountain Breeze Heating & Air to anyone who needs a mini split install or HVAC work.

This company used to be great to work with. But this week they've failed to show up to our pre-scheduled appointments THREE different times! When they didn't show up, I kept calling and rescheduling, but they still failed to show up to either of the rescheduled appointments. Terrible customer service! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Pete and Jordan were great. Pete came out diagnosed a/c issues. Opted for new one vs. repair. Installed and working next day! Prompt, professional and great experience/service overall.

Great service and the gentleman that came out was so sweet and very professional. I had a water main leak and called Brent and he was able to come out and fix the leak and get us water the same day. They were very professional and got the job done. I would recommend this company.

Very disappointed and unprofessional. They do not return calls or show up to appointments after they make the sale. I bought a brand new high efficiency furnace and I’m having issues. I’ve been trying to work with the owner Paul for months and he keep on ghosting me to fix the issue. It takes me a lot to write a bad review. I’m beyond frustrated with their lack of customer service. I used to refer everyone to this place, but cannot anymore.

Rip off tried to charge $1800.00 to acid wash a new clean compressor. I Replaced blown circuit breaker and hosed the compressor clean. HK mechanical, HVAC company confirmed system is running great. $1800.00 rip off Randy is thief.

All Purpose is one of the companies I would trust to do work on my furnace/ac. The people they have working for them are very experienced and most knowledgeable when it comes to furnace/ac needs. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed!

I'm a real estate agent and my sellers were in a time crunch to get their a/c unit running. Jose Biton, the tech went to the home and disnogize the issues late afternoon, was back at 8 am the next morning and it was up & running by 11am. Jose was professional, knowledgeable and was able to explain the issues in a way that all could understand. Also the price was very reasonable.

Jose Biton serviced my furnace and my air conditioning system in July of 2020. He was very courteous and communicative. He explained his services and how I might take better care of my HVAC system. He was knowledgable and efficient. I will request his work as a comfort specialist in the future.

Wanted to charge $1800.00 to “acid wash” my 5 yr old a/c unit. Randy said I would ruin my system if I turned it on, and I couldn’t clean it myself. Had it checked by K Lund Mechanical HVAC, said everything looks great, I cleaned it myself with a hose and water.

Very thorough in going through bid, honest, nothing was hidden in the price, there was no discomfort with having techs in my home, very fast, and professional. Les than 4 days between first visit and central air installation-- also took away the old unit.

My mother's AC went out unexpectedly and during the heat of the summer. The folks were to her house in a couple of short hours, accessed the impact as needing a new AC unit AND a new furnace. The were amazing in terms of turnaround time and were back the next morning to get everything replace and get her house cooled down again. GREAT people to work with, would definitely recommend to anyone with HVAC issues. Thank you APHA!!!!!
