Scott was amazing came in and was very efficient. Knowledgeable, worked extremely hard left the place nice and clean. WILL BE USING AARON’s home appliance repair again! We will ask for Scott every time.

Great experience! Scott was able to diagnose the issue with my refrigerator quickly, and came back a couple of days later with the part for a quick install. Answered all of my questions.

We were referred to Aaron's home appliance repair by our home warranty company select home warranty. Our washing machine was leaking. They send out a technician to fix it and he felt confident with his work when he left. The next time we ran the washer, it continued to leak even worse. They sent the same technician out to fix it again, this time he was sure would not leak. He was right, it did not leak again until about 4 months later. I called Aaron's to see if they would send out the tech to look at his work again and they inform me they no longer work with a warranty company because of "billing issues". I told them I don't need the warranty company to get involved as it's still the same repair from last time, it just didn't hold up and I would like them to double check that their work didn't fall apart. They informed me that the cutoff was 90 days and I was about 4 weeks past that. May 28th was the repair. I called them back on October 2nd, about 2 weeks after the leaking started again. So, not only will they not come and look at it to see why there fix is failing, I can't even go through my warranty company to get them to come out, even if I pay the deductible. I'm not saying they should warranty something for life, but obviously the problem wasn't fixed the first go around. Check on Yelp for their honest reviews. There's about 20 of them on there and they are all one or two stars. Not sure why there are so many missing from Google.

Bryce came to our home for an oven repair. He was on time, efficient and competent, and very friendly. He completed our repair with no difficulty in a timely manner. Bryce is a true professional and I would not hesitate having him back.

Jordan Lloyd was very personable and gave plenty of warning for his arrival. He kept the appointment that was made by text. When he was done the problem was fixed.

They have very bad communication skills. I text messaged them to let them know that there would be no one at the location until 3:00pm. right after their first text message 2 days prior. Tech shows up at 2:00pm. So i run from my job to let them in and the cable company and the cleaning crew. then i ran back to my job. my wife shows up at 3:10 and the tech left without doing anything.

I bought a brand new fridge and had it delivered. After the fridge made some ice I found it would not dispense ice and called the company I purchased if from back. They arranged for Frigidaire, the company that manufactured the fridge to come and look at it the following week. I don’t even know how Aaron’s Appliance Repair got information about my fridge or who scheduled them to show up but they came while I was out of town. The Frigidaire manufacturer repair person came the following week on the designated day and found the ice door was stuck and wouldn’t open. He cleaned it and it works fine. Aaron’s Appliance Repair was going to replace the UI board which sounds expensive and was unnecessary. Despite my texts telling Aaron’s Appliance Repair my fridge was fine they sent the repair person with the part anyways. I turned him away at the door stating my new fridge was not in need of any parts. It seems not only did Aaron’s Appliance Repair come at a non-designated time but they also determined my new fridge needed an unnecessary part and then despite text messages showed up anyways to install the part that was not needed. Additionally when I told the repair person who misdiagnosed the problem in the first place that my fridge was functioning just fine, he had to ask if it was dispensing ice….really? I think I would know that as I am the one telling him the problem he diagnosed doesn’t exist.

Bryce Q helped us out in a big way to get our refrigerator up and running again! He was actually the second person who came out to fix it - the first one worked for a different company and repaired a part but the fridge never actually got cold. So we called Frigidaire again (under warranty) and the second time we were connected to Aaron’s Home Appliance Repair. Bryce was very professional and kind, and also quick to diagnose the problem. He came back in the estimated time with the appropriate part and got our fridge back in order.

The Sunday after he installed the new part, our fridge went through some weird glitchy reboot and we texted Bryce in a panic. He was kind enough to respond back to us and helped troubleshoot over the phone. Turns out the fridge settings weren’t cold enough, but once we turned it way down it worked fine. The next day after he hadn’t heard from me, Bryce called and made sure everything was working as expected. He also gave me a monitoring plan for the next week and let me know to give him a call if anything weird happens again.

Bryce is someone who truly goes above and beyond. I thanks for all your help!

I have called Aaron's Home Appliance Repair on more than one occasion and Roger has always been responsive and easy to work with. They have skilled technicians and have always been worth the call. I have and will continue to recommend them.

Roger came out and did a repair on our Dishwasher. He figured out what was wrong very quickly and repaired just as fast. We had to wait a couple days for the parts to come in but that is out of their control. Great service every time and are very easy to work with. We will continue to use them and recommend to our friends and family.

Had Bryce come out from Aaron’s and he was great!! My clothes washer was making this awful noise when the load was being agitated, he fixed it fast and it’s been running perfect since then!

Roger has 25+ years experience! He is very knowledgeable and was able to fix the control panel on our washing machine in a jiffy. They were super easy to schedule appts with and Roger knew the exact problem so they could get the part ordered and fixed in a timely manner. We will definitely be using their business for all our appliance repair needs!

Had Aaron’s come out and fix my dryer. Roger was professional and did a great job at a fair price. I won’t hesitate to call them for any future needs.

We had an issue with our new Frigidaire freezer. I called Aaron’s based off our neighborhood’s residential FB reviews. They sent Roger out and he got it all taken care of and running properly. They were easy to communicate with dealt with the warranty process. I’ll keep them saved in my contacts to refer back to.

I have used this service for years whenever I have had issues with my appliances. They have always been very honest about whether the repair would be cost effective for me or if I should replace the appliance. They are dependable and do great work. Roger worked on my oven today and I am thrilled to have it functioning so quickly after I scheduled the repair.

Jordan resolved my dishwasher malfunction in less than 5 minutes! He inquired about all of my other appliances; telling me something helpful regarding my dryer, as well as discovered my furnace has been operating without a filter the entire time I’ve lived here! 😵‍💫 With all maintenance having to go through the PM company, he wasn’t going to get paid for anything other than the dishwasher—so just simply great customer service. Thank you! 😊

Bryce was sent to our home to work on our washing machine. He was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I also was able to get an appointment same day which was extremely convenient for me. I recommend them and will be saving their number as a repair service for the future.
