We were referred to Aaron's home appliance repair by our home warranty company select home warranty. Our washing machine was leaking. They send out a technician to fix it and he felt confident with his work when he left. The next time we ran the washer, it continued to leak even worse. They sent the same technician out to fix it again, this time he was sure would not leak. He was right, it did not leak again until about 4 months later. I called Aaron's to see if they would send out the tech to look at his work again and they inform me they no longer work with a warranty company because of "billing issues". I told them I don't need the warranty company to get involved as it's still the same repair from last time, it just didn't hold up and I would like them to double check that their work didn't fall apart. They informed me that the cutoff was 90 days and I was about 4 weeks past that. May 28th was the repair. I called them back on October 2nd, about 2 weeks after the leaking started again. So, not only will they not come and look at it to see why there fix is failing, I can't even go through my warranty company to get them to come out, even if I pay the deductible. I'm not saying they should warranty something for life, but obviously the problem wasn't fixed the first go around. Check on Yelp for their honest reviews. There's about 20 of them on there and they are all one or two stars. Not sure why there are so many missing from Google.
Bryce came to our home for an oven repair. He was on time, efficient and competent, and very friendly. He completed our repair with no difficulty in a timely manner. Bryce is a true professional and I would not hesitate having him back.
Jordan Lloyd was very personable and gave plenty of warning for his arrival. He kept the appointment that was made by text. When he was done the problem was fixed.
They have very bad communication skills. I text messaged them to let them know that there would be no one at the location until 3:00pm. right after their first text message 2 days prior. Tech shows up at 2:00pm. So i run from my job to let them in and the cable company and the cleaning crew. then i ran back to my job. my wife shows up at 3:10 and the tech left without doing anything.
