Kudos to ERIC My Maytag washer that I bought in 1980 -yeah one of the good old ones, had sprung a leak at the drum hose. The gal called me back to let me know a technician would be here to assess my damage. When Eric arrived he was very friendly courteous and professional. Great sense of humor. He called me later that afternoon and told me he had my parts and that he could come first thing in the morning if that was OK. I told him yes that was no problem. I’m home all day. When Eric arrived, my dog thought her playmate was here. She was so excited to see him. Ha ha ha, we went downstairs to the washer and he removed the hose showing me that there was also a hole in the metal part that comes out of my drum. That was not a good sign, but what could I expect out of a 44-year-old Maytag washer right? anyway Eric removed the hose and put the new hose and new clamps on and the leak stopped. So hopefully I can get another 20 years out of it. It will probably last longer than I will. Ha ha. I want to give Eric a great big shout out and HUGS for being such an Awesome man, even though he is currently dealing with hardships in his family he still maintains his friendly upbeat and positive attitude in life. Prayers to you and your family, Eric. I would highly recommend Quality Appliance to all of my friends and family
