Jordan was cordial and prompt. He looked at my wiring situation and put my mind at ease saying that the job I asked for was unnecessary, but if I wanted him to he would carry out the project. So nice to see that there are still good people in the world. If you're looking for an honest electrician, consider Jordan at Troupe Electric. You won't be sorry.
Jordan was extremely responsive to my HomeAdvisor search for an electrician. Besides being friendly and interested in my project, he came out to the house within 2 days of initial contact to give me an estimate. Jordan had great communication skills both in understanding my needs and teaching me what was necessary for my goals. Plus, he had to deal with the city power company regarding permitting, code, and in finding the most reasonable and cost-effective solutions that were available to me. Dealing with the power company is by itself the reason to hire Troupe. They did a great job even when the power company presented challenges and conflicting information as can happen. Jordan's knowledge put me in a situation where I was informed and could choose what was best for me. Bottom line: Troupe installed my electrical faster than anyone else would even come out and look at my job and give me an estimate. Plus, the bill came in 60% under the original estimate after Jordan discussed options with the power company. Great work. Respectful and pleasant. Solid, professional, clean installation. Honest, fair, and transparent. As far as I'm concerned, Troupe is my electrician. Thanks!
We keep finding more and more interesting things they did when they wired our home. It hasn't burned down yet so I guess they are ok. Update-- 3/9/26 My husband had to replace the dishwasher because it was leaking while he was at it he decided to pull some additional electrical to the island. Boy was he in for a treat when he started looking at what these guys did it's actually amazing that her house hasn't burned down by now! 😬
