First time buyer so I had a lot of questions going into my inspection. I got the opportunity to work with Edgar. He was very informative, patient & detailed. He guided me through the whole inspection and answered all of my questions. Very professional and very attentive. I highly suggest working with this company!

We worked with Eric Zavala to inspect a home we are purchasing. He demonstrated knowledge and pride in his work. Doing his initial exam and then guiding us through the entire house, commenting and explaining the issues he had found. He kindly answered our questions, showed us the report in progress, edited and added items as we raised our own concerns during our tour (my father in law is a career contractor).

Eric was a perfect professional. We feel very secure and confident in his report, and we have already recommended him to our friends.

As an added bonus, our report included a itemized estimate of each repair cost on the report (from local plumbers/hvac/electricians), as well as contact information for the quoting companies for us to continue our research on the repairs.

Alejandro C and his partner did a inspection for a house I’m buying they were very knowledgeable and very descriptive of their finding from the roof to the siding they recorded their findings and gutters not installed and way for gutter to let water away from the foundation. They did inspect of insulation in attic to proper venting of roof to plumbing checking seals leaks hvac system , water heater and water pressure ,electrical and foundation cracks they covered it all and answered all our questions they are worth the money with how much information they can find about your home and through job they do. I feel safe about the house I’m buying thanks to them and their findings.

Do not hesitant using this company. Alejandro was responsive, kind, professional and meticulous! Everything you want in a home inspector and a report that is incredibly easy to go through with pictures! Easy for buyer and seller! They were highly recommended by our Real Estate agent. This being our first time purchasing a home, they were so polite and took the time to tell us how the process works and what exactly they came in to do. They found everything, even things that were minuscule. Will recommend them to anyone needing an inspection.

I did my due diligence when my realtor recommended them for my home inspection by checking their google reviews, I thought I had made a good decision going with them. Unfortunately, 2 months into living in my house there have been so many issues! But the most stressful one was the foundation of the house. It’s settling and it will cost me a large amount of money to repair. Please choose another service provider!!

Diamond Perfection was wonderful to work with! We scheduled a last minute inspection with them and they were able to accommodate our schedules, and get the inspection done the next day! We weren’t able to take any time away from work to do the walk through, but they worked with us and had it scheduled for six pm so my husband and I could both be there. Very thorough inspection and they took lots of pictures of everything! They definitely made us feel better with purchasing our new home. I highly recommend them!!
